Well I can't rate the food because we never saw a server! Sat for at least 15 minutes before a kid came over and said he was our server but needed a few minutes before he could take our order... ok...then he brought out 2 take out orders, gave them to the customers, and proceeded to lean on the desk and watch tv!!!!! WHAT?!?! There was only 4 other tables with people in the place, felt like the Twilight Zone! We eventually got up and left and the employee watching tv never even looked our way! VERY disgusted, and will NEVER be back!

If BWW had six stars, she’d get all six. The rest of the staff should be taking notes.

I ate here once and i wasnt impressed so I've tried takeout. This has to be the worst takeout restaurant in Leavenworth. I dont even think that its due to slow cooking. The takeout pickup area is literally the farthest point away from the kitchen, not like alot of places where the bar handled takeout and its right beside the kitchen. So they just never bring the food out. When you arrive everyone just ignores the fact that your there until you get frustrated and go to the kitchen door. Most of the time the food is ready but just in the kitchen. Its just the attitude or lack of concern regarding the customer. But I attempted to tell the manager about it and she just looked at me and smirked so obviously the lack of customer service is what's trained and expected here.

Located right off 4th St Leavenworth KS Lots of TV screens to watch your favorite games! Our server was Jayda who was very friendly and accommodating. BWW is lucky to have her on their team. Unfortunately the food was not great. Chicken wings were so overcooked and dry. Even dipping sauce could not help the dryness and tastelessness.
What we ordered: 1.) 6pc Jerk Wings $10.49 pack flavor and too dry. 2.) 6pc Lemon Pepper $10.49 Dry and tasteless. 3.) Queso Dip $6.99 chips were good dip just so so.
I hope Corporate gets it together because this is seems to the theme of BWW as of late small, dry and tasteless wings!

I do not recommend you coming here at night. Nobody cares about your food or your order. Do not get it delivered. They will destroy your food. It will not come correct and will be missing plenty of items. This is 100% a one star do better Night Shift.

So this server named Genna was amazing she was very helpful with choosing my food for me. She definitely lit the place up with her presence. I give her 5 stars just alone on her person, for her service i give her another 5 stars she always checked up on us and was constantly making sure we was good. So i recommend her as a server for sure.

We walked in at 10:20, the guy standing at the front said he had clocked out and refused to take us. The girl standing with him said it was almost last call and so they couldn’t take us. We were refused service 40 minutes before the posted closing time. Literally pathetic the lack of work ethic younger adults have.
