The food and service were terrible. The food tasted like it had been sitting out all day; it was plain and dry. The waitress was inattentive; she ran off as soon as she set our food down and provided us with dirty silverware. We couldn't get her attention to request new silverware or the sauce we had asked for when ordering. We even struggled to get our check from her. Although she was neglectful of our table, she was very attentive to the last table in our row, which had a group of young men. She spent a lot of time conversing, flirting, and laughing with them whenever we did see her. Since eating there, I have felt sick for a few days, and my boyfriend has also had an upset stomach, even though he usually doesn’t have any issues. This place used to be good several years ago. Now it's gone to crap. Way better options in Lansing/Leavenworth area to eat.

Ordered the "Crispy Buffalo Chicken Salad," and there's no Bleu cheese crumble, green onions, or bacon.
This is sad. You spend your hard earned money for nothing.

I wish I could say something about the food here! We stood at their host desk for a while…& nobody seated us. Saw a couple empty booths, but didn’t see any self-seating signs. Before leaving, I took a photo of the empty desk, ha!! Erased all the people in the background (in the picture)..Here is the picture:

Edited my review bc we came back a year later today, 2.23.25, to see if things improved. It was so, so much worse. They would fill and refill the ice by using the dirty AND clean cups to SCOOP OUT THE ICE!!!! They were out of everything: Chicken, drinks, sauces, tots, potato wedges, etc. IT WAS INSANE! Our waiter was either inexperienced or didn't care, at all. Dirty floors. Half the table's food came out when the other half didn't. The glassware had dried food on it. The manager had to bring silverware and napkins way after the food came out. She had to come back and fix everything. The tables around us all had to get their tickets fixed as well. It was so, so bad, SO GROSS. Never again.

The waitress was excellent. We got the appetizer with wings being a part of it, but they were not good. To have wings in the title and have them taste like glass and dried out is not good. I ordered a house margarita and they did not have the "house" but only had Premium available so charged me $12 and it was the worst tasting margarita I have ever had in my whole life.. it was really bad. Tasted awful but had to drink it cause it's $12! The bill was 100 dollars and the food was not worth 100 dollars... will never go to another Buffalo Wild Wings. Just not even close to being worth the price.

This place has improved. We went on a Friday night. The bartender was awesome. He got things done and put up with everyone being loud. I'll always go back.
Parking: Join the Blazin' Rewards and earn points for free food. Kids are welcome there and it's a lot of fun.

Over cooked wings and shoe string fries. Expired brownie and nasty tasting chocolate sauce on cheesecake..

The food is consistently great. Great atmosphere and good beverages too. The staff is always courteous and attentive. It's nice to sit at the bar and watch Baseball, Football or MMA fights. A fun place for the entire family. We've never gotten something that we didn't like, everything we've eaten at BWW has been great.
The service has gone downhill. The staff seems to regularly have a chip on their shoulders and the nice staff always forgets something. Smh. Had a great server for once, last week, and even gave Brandon a glow up review for speed, attentiveness, and efficiency, but he forgot to put our points on after we double checked and that was $60 worth. Frustrating. There are some better BWW but our local is just waning to the point we would rather order takeout but the crispness is not great when we get it home. Just going to have to start making them at home again.
