The food is consistently great. Great atmosphere and good beverages too. The staff is always courteous and attentive. It's nice to sit at the bar and watch Baseball, Football or MMA fights. A fun place for the entire family. We've never gotten something that we didn't like, everything we've eaten at BWW has been great.
The service has gone downhill. The staff seems to regularly have a chip on their shoulders and the nice staff always forgets something. Smh. Had a great server for once, last week, and even gave Brandon a glow up review for speed, attentiveness, and efficiency, but he forgot to put our points on after we double checked and that was $60 worth. Frustrating. There are some better BWW but our local is just waning to the point we would rather order takeout but the crispness is not...
