Very good! It’s all around a small town roastery, with the culture and style that comes with it. But it beats out a lot of roasteries here in Chicagoland. The owner is clearly passionate about coffee, and it shows. I picked up the o dark thirty, rays rocket fuel, and bastilla beans. I only make espresso at home. The rocket fuel was pretty good. Okay I'll be honest that I'd never been here before only during times where kids do the trick 'or treating downtown and this was a great visit. My buddy and I met for coffee to talk over business and we got the chance to meet and visit with the owner, Ray Ford. It was wonderful and these folks do their own in-house roasting and have plenty of room in the front for comfortable seating and then they have a nice meeting room just beyond the area where they prepare...
