Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I love our local walk-up Dairy Queen. Small place but still has the same food as other DQ's. Sometimes there is a line but hey I'll wait in line for some yummy ice cream. I would suggest downloading the app and ordering online if you're ordering food that makes it so much easier and DQ actually has a really good points system!!

Icecream was delicious as expected but softer than it should have been. Rather melty when handed to us through the servi g window. The inside food preparation area was not very cleanly either. But for the quick turn and reasonable priced treats, it wasn't stopping my kids from enjoying there.

Come one making 1 guy work counter plus cook food and everything else is completely and udderly disrespectful to the employee come on now. I ordered my food at 12:16 and it is now 12:41 and still waiting on food I ordered. What would you as an owner or manger ever think this is acceptable! I took a lunch break and now over my lunch break still waiting on my food. Will give the employee props

Always get service with a smile. It is a small, kiosk-type building with everything but a seating area and there are usually people way too close to the building discussing inappropriate things for a family place and usually smoking or vaping. This is beyond the control of the owners as the building is in a parking lot but it is something to be aware of.
I go back multiple times each season because the staff is wonderful.

Atchison dairy guesn is worth the extra few mile drive for us. Food is much fresher and order is correct

Servers eere distracted by personal conversations some of which shouldn't be spoken in front of customers, but I don't think they knew people could hear them.

Long wait when I was there.

The food was good, everything was made as requested. And everything about the place on the inside was more than acceptable. Though a couple in the parking lot, who were out of gas. Appeared to be scoping out vehicles with easily accessible items within. We managed to get a closer parking spot, putting us more at ease for the rest of our visit.

Really great food, and friendly workers. Would really be awesome if they had a couple benches or picnic tables. Recommend the crunch cone

Area seemed like it had some sus people. The service was quick and friendly but when I received my banana split (which took little than 3 mins) half of it was melted. Def won't go back

Really needs to consider focusing on ice cream and not making food considering they can’t keep up and it takes 20 minutes to get a chicken strip basket.
