I can’t recommend this sushi spot enough! 🍣✨ Walking in, the vibe was relaxed but stylish, the kind of place where you can grab a casual dinner with friends or linger a little longer just enjoying the atmosphere. The staff were super welcoming and quick to make sure we had everything we needed.

Now let’s talk about the food—the real star of the night! As someone who leans vegetarian, I was pleasantly surprised by how many creative veggie rolls they had on the menu. We’re not just talking the usual cucumber or avocado rolls (though those were fresh and tasty too)—this place went above and beyond with fun combinations.

Everything tasted incredibly fresh, and the presentation was so pretty that I almost didn’t want to eat it (but don’t worry, I did 😂). The miso soup was warm and comforting. For drinks, I had a light, crisp green tea.

What I really loved was how inclusive the menu felt—whether you eat fish, stick to veggies, or want to try something in between, there was truly something for everyone. And honestly, even my friends who ordered the regular sushi kept stealing bites off my veggie rolls because they looked and tasted that good.

All in all, this place checked every box: fresh food, fun atmosphere, friendly service, and plenty of vegetarian options that didn’t feel like an afterthought. Definitely a sushi spot I’ll be going back to—and bringing more friends with me next time! 🥢🥑🌱

Located in Downtown Leavenworth on Cherokee.
Our server was Thein, I believe he is one of the owners.

What we ordered:
1.) Miso Soup $2.09
2.) Tempura Appetizer $11.45 this was ok
3.) Gyoza $8.49 I wish these were fried instead of steamed.
4.) Vegetable Roll $7.95 my friend said it was good.
5.) Side Salad $4.49 this was tasty
6.) Softshell Crab Roll $10.49 the fish was fresh and roll was tasty.
7.) Deep Fried JB Deluxe Roll $16.49 the salmon was fresh this roll was good.
8.) Thai Tea $4.99 too much condense milk was ok
Not bad for a Sushi spot in the burbs.

I went there without much expectation, but the moment I started eating, I was so glad I came. As soon as I walked in, I was warmly welcomed. And when I finished my meal and left, they gave me a big farewell. I truly felt well taken care of. I’m not sure if they were staff or the owners, but they were all very kind. The California roll was good, but the house had Special Roll was absolutely amazing.probably the best roll I’ve ever had. I’m definitely going back to order it again next time. The ingredients inside the rolls looked fresh, and they didn’t skimp on anything, everything was packed full!

Saint Sushi and Sake is a gem in Leavenworth! The sushi was incredibly fresh and bursting with flavor—every bite was perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. What really made the experience special, though, was the customer service. The staff was extremely warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.

From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and valued as a guest. It’s clear that they care not just about the food, but also about creating a great atmosphere. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for top-quality sushi and outstanding service. I’ll definitely be returning!

Look at these five rolls — they’re $13.99. Are these rice rolls? I think it would be better to take this roll off the menu, Honestly, this is the worst-tasting roll I’ve ever eaten.

Ordered takeout, for my first experience here. I have to to say I was pretty blown away with how amazing it was. I had a Spicy Tuna roll and the Spider or Soft Shell crab roll and both were fantastic and fresh! The service was very pleasant and welcoming, and the service was super fast. Will definitely be back to dine in! Thanks for everything.

Another great but unexpected restaurant find in mid America. I wasn't sure about sushi in the part of the country but Saint Sushi has it figured out. Every item we ordered was fresh and tasty, from the sushi to the nigiri and sashimi. Even the miso soup was fantastic and the best I've ever had. Try out Saint Sushi for yourself and see how good it is.

Love it

Sushi was great but the Katsu needs a bit of work; rice was mushy, teriyaki sauce was used instead of Katsu sauce and the pork while perfectly breaded and cooked was less than a quarter inch thick. Essentially spent $15 for a slice of ham anyone scoop of rice.

We love this place! Delicious food and kind service. It's a family owned business, so we like supporting them.

Great little sushi spot, walking distance of hotels. Friendly staff, free parking across the street.
