My rating is complicated. I love leaving rave reviews to let people know about a great spot! This one I'm torn. I had a friendly and courteous staff member take my order, money, *possibly cook* and walk my food out. The employee offered a million apologies for my wait. During the entire transaction, I did not see 1 other employee in that restaurant at it was 7:30 pm.That being said, our Frisco burgers and curly fries were hot and delicious.Thanks random dude who gave his all in customer service. You get all the stars

I didn't like it. They have me my order and my burger had 2 top bun pieces and I didn't get my cinnamon roll and I tried calling like 4 times no one answered and it was like 4 mins. Before I had to clock in for work. And no one picked up the phone and I know they weren't busy because I was the only customer there. I would like to get my cinnamon roll or I could get my money back it happened on 1/31/2023 between 1:35pm-1:55pm.

Done with this place sandwiches are always a grease pit and cold just got biscuits and gravy and the gravy literally has the consistency of water like how did you ladle that out and not realize something was wrong. $16 for that

Shout out to Sierra at the Leavenworth Hardees. She helped me with my order that I inadvertently left when driving off. very professional and kind. This store has really improved.

Dont eat here. Worst food ever eat. Got angus burger second in line. They poured seemed like half bottle ketchup on it. It was cold. Fries were cold and soggy to. Horrible. If they want food back its setting in your parking lot. Place wont be open long. Another empty building. Shame on them sending food out like that. Get the money food dont matter. Im pissed.

Very poor. Everything was cold. I ordered a Cinnamon bun and they screamed through the drive thru speaker "WERE OUT".This location used to have phenomenal food and service, but the entire experience is trash now.Sad.

It’s a Hardee’s. The service was okay, and the food was what I expected. In an out faster than a sit down restaurant so it’s all good.

We ordered plain cheeseburger and the number 2 i said i want the plain cheese burger and the the 2 with no pickles and onion the person that took my order she got and but i got my order everything is there.What i am mad about is why did they agree with what i want yet turn around and ignore it???they dont care about their costumer!! I AM SUPER DISAPPOINTED.

Third time in a row to go to this Hardee's where I just walked out without even ordering. After waiting two minutes to givey order (set the timer ony phone) with no one in front of me, I just left.I immediately went across the street to Starbucks, gave my order and within 2 minutes I had a great coffee and an ok sausage/egg biscuit.The franchise owner for the Hardee's needs to shutdown for a month and re-group with whom he is hiring. Starbucks has no problem getting employees.
