I am just tired of biting my tongue after being a long time shopper who's gotten to know the various staff throughout multiple changes. Clearly this place has a high turn over rate, and I think I know why. Horrible owner management doesn't care that they have racist and sexist managers over store and barista staff despite multiple complaints. Would rather all staff affected by this just disappear it seems than to deal with the problem at hand. Doesn't care when low level associates are sick or experience family issues, but it's okay for management to call out every other day or be gone weeks at a time. On top of that, they do not practice the most safe food handling. I have seen literal management crushing up toppings by hand without gloves! They thought I wasn't looking, geez. Also hasn't been uncommon to come in an either no associates are around, or everyone is sitting around eating or on their phones. At the end of the day just go to dollar tree. This store has the same exact items and charge $2+ more. This place will never care about you or the low level associates, so why support them? I would NEVER expect such behavior from a local business. Such a shame. Go back and read through some years of complaints mixed in with the so called good reviews. You'll see they never take any of this seriously. Even expecting us random customers to name every employee that's ever wronged us? As if we should know their names? We love Kung-fu Tea and it is always a treat to try new things.
Terrible service! Lady was rolling her eyes the entire time! Went in at 6:20 about 40 minutes before they closed. They were out of a lot of stuff and everytime we asked questions the lady taking our order had a bad attitude. On top of that the cashier and the lady helping her were talking about sex the entire time. Very unprofessional.
Edit: to the owner I cannot directly reply to your comment but the employees were not wearing any sort of name tag, I highly recommend you check your staffing to see who was there instead of asking me. They were two black women one looked to be middle age and the other was younger. I don’t like having to identify people. As the owner check your many cameras and talk to the staff to find out who was there tonight. There seems to be a disconnect if you don’t know who was working at your store even though I gave you a time. After today I am certain there is poor ownership and no one coaching these employees on Customer service. Do your own investigation.

The store itself is weird. Inside they have party decorations for kids, toys, Halloween decorations and pixy sticks. We had never had kung fu tea but the ladies were kind and helped us make good decisions. I did put my toddlers strawberry lemonade in his silly cup and he loved it then once we got home he ate the bubble balls with a spoon. I enjoyed my tea but the milk tea my husband got was sooo good. My only complaint is the the boba did have a harder core then we are use to which makes me think it wasn’t cooked all the way.
