It's a real toss up at this particular Little Caesars. We got there probably 2-3 times a month and I don't think we've seen the same employee there more than twice in the 4 years we've been going. Seems like it's always a new crew. If you get fresh food it's great. If you get a hot and ready it's old, bone dry, and taste like cardboard. Couple times we've gotten marinara sauce it's tasted like it's fermented. Don't get used to anybody that works there being around, order your pizza in advance so it's fresh, and you should be okay.

Employee was making food with his hair out no hair net or anything. He had a lot of hair that should've at least been put up or a hair net.

The Leavenworth, KS location is horrible. I thought the drive thru was for pickup only but sat there for 30mins. We would have been there longer until myself and another driver got out of line. We both go inside and it was chaotic. All I wanted was a ready pizza and there were none. The front guy was covered in hickies and very unprofessional. Coworkers were yelling at each other and would disappear until we would shout something. The front even FaceTime with someone while at the front. They need some serious reconstruction.

Customer service is exemplary and the pizza was amazing. Highly recommend!!!! Plus they have a drive-thru!!!! As a military family, we recently returned to the US, so we had some amazing pizza in Italy. But, we decided to give Little Caesars a try, and we were presently surprised. This one may be the best Little Caesars I have ever tried, I don’t remember it being this good in my hometown. Do yourself the favor and treat your family on this little gem.
