First order - bad food Second order - asked me to wait then ghosted me in the drive thru Third order - told employee at counter my mobile order number, only to find out 15 minutes later mobile orders are put out elsewhere
I don’t plan to make a fourth order from this place.

While the service crew are really the kindest folks ever, they’ve forgotten items in multiple orders of mine. I let it go the first couple of times because everybody makes mistakes and it was just some cheap sauce cups and smaller orders of nuggets anyways, but having stuff missing *every single time* I order from here is kinda getting on my nerves. I’ll be sure to check my bag at the window from now on, I’ve paid too much to trust this McDonalds anymore.
