While the service crew are really the kindest folks ever, they’ve forgotten items in multiple orders of mine. I let it go the first couple of times because everybody makes mistakes and it was just some cheap sauce cups and smaller orders of nuggets anyways, but having stuff missing *every single time* I order from here is kinda getting on my nerves. I’ll be sure to check my bag at the window from now on, I’ve paid too much to trust this McDonalds anymore.

They have no customer facing employees. Order on a kiosk, if you need something like ketchup, good luck. If you stand at the front counter, they ignore you, walk around you. Horrible customer service. Restaurant is usually dirty... even for a McDonald's

Waited 15 to 20 minutes on a mobile order. And the food was cold when I got it. Service here really needs to be improved. Management is failing big time.

Couldn't find my code, told me to pull to the front of the store and they would bring my food out, never did. I went inside and seen it on the counter. Half my food was missing. Every time I go there I am missing food. They are paying $15 per hour for what? Not like they are working hard or in my opinion deserve anything close to that. Hire better, Do better! Trash employees!!!
