I’m upset that they had to close! They had the best homemade comfort food in Leavenworth…
Amazing food and atmosphere. Meatloaf is 🔥🔥🔥. Try the brownies and cinnamon rolls.
Highly recommended!
Had the tenderloin with fries. Very tasty! The patty was massive. Enough for 2 sandwiches. Waitresses were all very nice and had a sassy side to them as well. Great local place to eat will absolutely be returning for more!!!
5 stars in my opinion is not enough. I use to eat at a similar place where I lived before and was a weekly customer. I am glad we found this here in Leavenworth. My fear is it will not stay a secret long and there will be a wait at anytime during the day. That is the downside to great food, great service and a great atmosphere.
Great place to eat!
Super food and excellent service.
Highly recommended!
Dropped by for lunch on a locals recommendation. This place is very welcoming and homey. Great service and amazing food. Breakfast served all day and much more if for some strange reason your not into that. The Leavenworth residents are in the know, this place is a real treat.
The sandwich was good but the meat was a white/gray color

I was told this place was great place to eat through many people. But when I called just for pricing I was rushed and the customer service was not what I expected. First impressions is everything and i will definitely not recommend based on that alone.

For an old-fashioned diner experience, this is it! Loose meat sandwiches (like Maid-rite?) were very good. Onion rings are excellent. Interesting old photos on the walls. Service was excellent and super friendly staff.

I am personally not a fan of loosemeat burgers and I would have preferred more seasoning. This is simply my preference, but the staff was great and the historic photos create a great atmosphere. If you are thick, the booths will be a little tight, but they have "bar" seating.

I understand this is a historical restaurant in this town, but the food that was served here is a bad and way overpriced. I went with 3 other people who were all as highly disappointed as me. I got the famous loose meat burger and the should change that to the famous sawdust burger if it wasn't for the pickle and mustard it wouldn't had tasted like anything at all and the meat was like beef dust. I don't even know if it was hamburger or even beef because there was little to no shape to it and tasted like mustard. I have been putting off going here for a long, long time because I never saw the appeal of getting a sloppy joe without the sloppy part. There's no way I would ever go back nor suggest anyone waste their time or money there.
