The drive thru was extremely slow. The person in the drive-thru also kept my debit card for a longer time than normal. I'm not making any accusations, but normally, they swip and hand it right back.

Bought food ahead on mobile and i was not informed that they were closed on a regular business day. My transaction went through. Couldn't get my money back because i didn't get my food from it being closed. At 3pm
This sandwich looks sad no lettuce đ and way too much onion 3rd time they made my sandwich with minimal topings

3rd time my order was wrong. This time main ingredients were completely left out and the one they managed to include was dried out and stuck together like bottoms of the container. Very disappointing. I would avoid this location in favor of the other on 4th st.

They have never heard of a drink that has been on their menu for months and have made multiple times in the past. Instead of asking, they just refused to put in the order. Seriously, you donât need the stress of going to this place because it is 50/50 on if they know what they are doing.

First order mozzarella sticks came out not thoroughly done. Then place second order kids food and two desserts. Had to wait over 15 minutes to get food and had to cold through drive-through window after stopped at carhop. Desserts, partially melted, and kids meal Luke warm at best. Entire drive-through line was served, including cars that had not been in line prior to us arriving. Will not come back in evenings.

Went by the sonic to order something new to try out from the menu , order was unfortunately not to sonic standards , immediately noticed missing items , called it in and spoke with Manager Matthew on our matter (shoutout to Matt keep up the Great Work/Service) he was very happy and eager to assist us on our order , however in the process the front cashier-believe to be Astrid, was not polite towards management , while he was trying to configure a solution, making the process very uncomfortable and regretful experience .

Called to figure out if I can get the groovy cause I asked for that was on the ticket but not in there or marina cause for my mozzarella sticks but no answer then called another store in town and it doesn't come with I have to ask but when I ordered in app it said I get it with it

The first time I went every single burger was made wrong. We ordered bacon double combos. I tried to order online and the card I used was someone else's it wouldn't allow it. Then I tried to call no answer no answer. So I ordered in the drive through. Every single one was wrong. So I called and called and no answer. And the same the next night. So the following weekend I go and pushed the button and asked for a manager.
They came right out told me the phone doesn't work.
They replaced all the meals free and they were made correctly.

Went tonight to get a large blast. Was told they donât sell large anymore. So we asked for two mediums. Then was told that they donât sell them anymore either. And then was immediately told to pull into a stall because we were holding up the line, and no one was behind usâŠ??⊠so we left and went elsewhere. The other day, my wife ordered the new pickle sticks. She had to throw them away because they were soggy and my fries were little and hard and we had to throw them away aw well. We used to really like this sonic but it must have new owners, management or workers or something because itâs horrible and we wonât be back ? Service like this is what makes businesses go under. The picture I posted is a screenshot of the date and time on my phone. Showing when we went. By the way, the other sonic by McDonalds sells large soâŠ?

We waited almost 15 minutes in drive thru, got the wrong order. They repeated our correct order at the order till, but we got the wrong one at the window. When we tried to correct the order the girl at the window got sassy saying âWell you didnât say anything when I said your order to you now.â
On top of that, they never gave our debit card back to us, but gave it to another vehicle!
Incredibly disappointed and angry. The manager was nonchalant about the situation and even tried to tell us that we lost the card. We had only just pulled out of the drive through and turned back around, within that minute they gave our card to another vehicle.
The staff are negligent and donât care or show any customer service.
Towards the end the manager told us âOh, we often get wrong orders but people are so nice they come back or just take it without question.â That kind of comment with our situation only made us more irritated.
Just irresponsible, negligent, and poor service.
