I ordered through the app didnot complete my order until I pulled into the stall. Got my order at 6: 21 when I pulled into stall. It was out at 6:25 takes more than 4 minutes to cook burger.. Was home by 6:30. Food was cold my bottom bun was burnt. Poor management is all I can say!

One star. I’m all about giving folks the benefit of the doubt, but this was rough. Waiting 20 minutes for a simple DoorDash order of chili cheese tots and two drinks is one thing, but then having the staff come out, pour the overflowing soda onto the ground right in front of me, and hand me a messy drink? That’s just not great service. Plus, that extra soda ended up getting into my car’s cup holders, and now I have to clean it all up. Hopefully, they can really step it up next time.

To start the drive thru menu not lit up and the screen to view your order was scrambled. Ordered 2 large breakfast toaster combos. I ordered a large coffee with 1 of the combos. Got to the window and was handed our order and handed a small cup of coffee with the understanding I ordered a large combo. The gentlemen working the window told me they only have the one size coffee. So I asked him is it ok to take money for a large combo and not provide a large combo? It is your staff’s responsibility to inform your customers when placing there order what is included and not included or available with their selections instead of of just taking your customers money! Absolutely unacceptable and refund was not even offered! Shitty service!

This place is trash! Every time I go there, thier speakers broken. Card machine doesn't work in any stalls and I pay 18 to 20 bucks every time the foods so old it could cause food poisoning, I'm throwing a whole chicken combo because the chicken isnt chicken anymore, its a brick

I never write reviews. But this place is so shitty, I had to. The service is always slower than my grandma. The workers are always rude, disassociated, and careless. You will be the lone person in line, mid afternoon and they will still take 15-20 minutes to get you your food. I’m pretty sure I got food poisoning after eating here the last time. Which is consistent to how careless the workers are. Wouldn’t surprise me one bit if they were unsanitary as hell

Food is trash and you can tell they over work they employees they were all drenched in sweat I even heard one say the A/C is broken in their kitchen. Same day I overheard another employee say she gets no breaks all day. Highly irresponsible behavior conducted by the managers and owners must be a rotten people.

The drive thru was extremely slow. The person in the drive-thru also kept my debit card for a longer time than normal. I'm not making any accusations, but normally, they swip and hand it right back.
Bought food ahead on mobile and i was not informed that they were closed on a regular business day. My transaction went through. Couldn't get my money back because i didn't get my food from it being closed. At 3pm
