Saddened by their choice not to honor a lot of the sonic deals. This was the third time we went for deals that were still online, but this location opted out of. Tables outside were super sticky. There were broken sand toys around, and all of the stalls in the park area said you couldn't order to them.

Overall, the experience is okay. I stop early in the morning right after they open using the mobile app to order. Most of the time, the employees don't turn on the lights, making the place look closed. I've had a few issues with the employees not taking orders or coming to the drive-through window, which cost my my order even though I already paid. The employees not working has only been on Monday mornings.
The only complaint is being unable to here the drive thru worker when trying to order otherwise great. And it's fast food, so not the best food but does fit the craving. And they have the BEST ice.
Why put you're open at 6am if you're literally never open by 6. They're never open at 6 AM like the website says. Wasn't able to order anything because they weren't open like they're supposed to be! .

I go to this sonic very frequently and the staff is always so sweet. Ron was my car hop today and he was so so nice. I was having a rough day and that little bit of kindness really picked me up. I also have a weird order with lots of customizations and they have never messed it up like most places do. If you are Ron’s boss and you are reading this give him a big thank you from me and shout out!

We ordered thru DoorDash so we paid to have it delivered. They messed up the order and I called him back to fix it, (keep in mind I am sick) I asked him why he sent out 3 orders of MEDIUM onion rings when we paid for 3 LARGE orders and I asked him to send them through door dash, he said he could but I could come and pick them up, I explained I had already paid to have them delivered , this was their fault, he said there was nothing he could do! I called the door dash driver to ask her if she could go back to pick them up and she said yes. I called Sonic back and he answered the phone and just hung up with out saying a word. I called him from my husbands phone and asked him if he hung up on me and he quietly said Yes you were mean to me!! I told him door dash was coming back to fix the order if he could get them ready.. I told him I was sick, and asked him to get them ready that the driver was coming back for the food. And said good bye! We called back when the food never came and he hung up on us again! He showed the most unprofessional and immature behavior I have seen from a manager to date! So I guess they basically stole the money, he even had me count the amount of onion rings that were in the bag. Quite literally a child manager with no professionalism in his body!

I have been to this sonic multiple times waiting for it to be good and it’s just not However the LAST straw was getting a drink yesterday that tasted like literal LYSOL WIPES. How does that even happen? I couldn’t even finish it, it was that disgusting. I promise you it’s worth the extra few minutes to one of the other two sonics in town.
