Very poor attitude and bad customer service they couldn't even tell me a simple hello they looked made every starbucks I went to their medium coffee is 6 dollars over here it's 8 dollars for a small and they made it wrong aswell.

I feel like these ladies hate their job and people in general. Never get a friendly vibe when these 2 are working any time of the day. I literally had to wait 5 minutes for the younger lady with dark hair to finish making an order before she took my order while the older lady was talking, completely ignoring the fact I was standing there. They never say hold on a sec, ill be right with you, thank you, have a good day. They say nothing ever to their customers!! Typically when I see either one working, I avoid them all together. I was picking up a drink for someone else. I ordered a grande Carmel crunch frap. She charged me 7.84. I was like dang, but not for me. The drink had hardly any of the ingredients in it but plenty of whipped topping? Once that awful transaction was done, my husband decided he wanted the same thing. So, I drive out to South LV to get his. Tell me why I ordered the exact same thing and it was 6.46? I mean that's more than $1 difference. So, due to the awful customer service and price gouging, I will absolutely NOT use the Price Chopper location EVER again. People spend way too much money on food and drink services for crap, less than par service and quality.

I just can’t with Starbucks and inconsistent pricing. I go on base and I pay $6.89 for a grande. I go. I’ll buy in Lansing pay $7.34 and now I’m at the one by Price chopper and I get charged $8.46 for the exact same drink. We must do better, and you can’t come with the excuse of no taxes on base , food facilities still do. My order White mocha with peppermint cold foam how is this damn near $9 bucks. The drink was good though smh

Definitely my favorite Starbucks by far! I’m here usually every other day at least! Lexie, I will butcher the spelling of this name but the lady whose name starts with an R and the rest of the team are truly fantastic. Customer service is top notch, they are friendly, approachable, and very personable. I’ve never had a bad experience.
My husband and I went into the store and placed an order it took the two ladies 15 minutes to make our drinks and then messed up my drinks and my sandwich was still frozen. During our services they didn't listen how I want my drink made I had to repeat myself three times. And the lady seem like she couldn't bother with us.
