The customer service at Fort Leavenworth Starbucks is horrible.Some of the people that work at this location have ZERO customer relation skills. I will drive an xtra 10 minutes to avoid this Starbucks. BEWARE.
Very solid coffee store for the military.
Girls behind the counter seemed a little stressed for it being a Tuesday morning. But we got our things we ordered and were on our way shortly after. Service was fast paced. They had a lot come in after us.
Asked for a sugar free vanilla syrup iced coffee. Judging by how quickly my blood glucose numbers are rising (type 1 diabetic) there is no way my coffee was sugar free...highly disappointed because when people ask for sugar free sometimes it is for health reasons and we are not only expecting to get what we paid for but hoping to not get sick from coffee being made wrong. Attached is a pic of my sensor reading after finishing my coffee a few minutes ago and how quickly it is rising. This is the only thing I have had in hours.
Dirty location
Starbucks just ain't the same. The Frappuccinos are still good but all the hot coffee I've tried just taste like hot water with a hint of flavor. Quality and control for hot drinks sucks. I tried multiple location just to see if it was just one location and it's the same.

I popped in to pick up my mobile order of a plain coffee with milk. I arrived at pick up time and waited 14 minutes more. There were 8 (!) baristas behind the counter yet I still waited that long for a simple coffee.
Rating it so low because I had ordered cold milk and a sandwich, got the milk after like 10 minutes and didn’t end up getting the sandwich at all after waiting for over 20 minutes. No other sandwiches/food came out during that time so I dunno what was going on.
However the place looked clean and the workers seemed kinda rushed so no hate to them.

I use to always go to this location when I visit for work and the staff was wonderful! A lot of new folks there now and the entire experience has changed and not for the better.

I popped in and ordered a Cafe Misto and waited 20 minutes before going up to ask about it. I was told that that drink doesn't trigger a sticker and therefore there was no drink made ?. I e had it at other Leavenworth locations and my cup came with a drink sticker. I'm not sure what was going on. They had no idea I paid for an extra shot or two sugars. I had to ask and they ended up making an extra shot and adding it after the fact along with the sugar. The barista was really nice but the other girl wasn't very nice to the barista. I was given a cookie to make up for the snafu but something wasn't quite right about that situation.

This is one of my favorite places on post!! I've probably gone five times and I've never gotten an order messed up! The staff is amazing and the seating is great. They do a great job perfecting your order and I will be back very soon!

This location has a great staff! Every time I've been to this Starbucks, the drinks have been spot on and the staff very friendly! Definitely recommend this location!
