Staff is friendly and the store is well kept.
Drive thru takes SO LONG - It is incredibly slow. Wait time (even when you order inside) is usually +10 mins.

Very military friendly, I thought was great. Mobile ordering available here, but even if you order in person, it is the line is quick and short.. highly recommend!

Shady business practices. This wasn't the first time this happened; I pull up and she tells me it is free cold foam day. I add cold foam to my drinks, but get charged for it. She tells me I didn't verbally tell her to add that promotion to my order. Well that would have been her tip. Not the first time they tried scamming me, but it is the last!

Beautiful lady who took the order ,very nice, but the guy who made my drink is so rude, I ordered ice, but he made it hot, then he was mad with a attitude instead apologized ,not a good customer service at all.

Dont bother placing an online order. It’ll actually take LONGER than the drive thru. Completely defeats the whole purpose of doing it because 10-15 cars have already gon thru the line while you’re waiting for your drink that was placed 20 minutes ago. I genuinely have never seen such incompetence for the customers inside or online. Yall aint scooters so stop acting like the drive thru is the only business yall got. Also how the same drink i get everytime made differently everytime. How about a re-learn and test for all the baristas because the hell am i paying almost $10 for a drink that doesnt taste the same OR i can taste every drink been served throughout the day. (wash out your damn pitchers.) Love Pam tho shes the goat.

I'm pretty disappointed with this location, considering it's so close to home. The staff are polite but so rushed. I get that Starbucks gets busy, but it has seriously taken a toll on their drink quality. I'd say this is true for all Starbucks locations, but particularly this one. I've tried drinks from here about 10 times and all at various times and days of the week. Regardless, my coffee is always bad. Just made in a rush and always with more syrup than coffee/water/milk ( even if I request half sweet) with flavored drinks. Or if I get my typical drink, an Americano it's full of grounds and never with enough cream if I ask for it. It seems that ever since COVID they stopped providing cream at the drink station next to sugar and napkins. Their coffee is so strong and full of grounds, I need more than a speck of cream to be able to choke it down. It's just disappointing and I leave this review in hopes it will help by providing honest criticism, this isn't left with hate or malicious intent. This location just needs to make some changes to help their drink quality. I had all the same drinks inside a Barnes and Noble in Platte City and there's a stark difference. I truly think it's how rushed one location is over the other. I think Starbucks should stop aiming for quantity and focus on quality. Especially with how pricy it is.
