Don't bother putting notes in for online orders. Have requested my sandwich toasted on the last three orders and it's been completely ignored. They also never have deals going on.

This particular location is hands down the best Subway I've ever been to. They ALWAYS have amazing customer service with friendly staff, the food is ALWAYS delicious and good quality, and they always have my online order ready on time which is really helpful if you are limited on time for lunch. I used to go to another location but did not have the same experience and someone recommended this location and I can't say enough good things about it. This is my go-to place for lunch out! Thanks for being awesome, Subway team! In general, I feel that Subway is overpriced and most of the time, you get coupons and the local stores don't participate which is frustrating. So someone else is getting a better deal and better prices just because they live somewhere else. Kinda crappy for those of us that love Subway. Would love to see prices go back down and more participating stores.

Absolutely horrible service. Took 45 minutes to get 3 sandwiches and 3 bags of chips. Sandwiches were toasted and sat on the counter incomplete for 30 minutes while the worker kept working on other orders that came in after me. Then tells me at the end of preparing the order , they are out of the chocolate chip cookies. By the way , this was an online order that was already paid for before I even got to the store. I’ll never order from subway again. Worst service ever ????

I went to go get my dinner today around 7 and when I walked in and ordered the workers were too busy talking to take my order and they were literally talking in baby voices??? Then when I finally got my sandwich, it was inedible. It was DOUSED in sauce!!! Like bruh where is the professionalism

Same owner owns all of the Subways in Leavenworth and Lansing and Subway sends out coupons to all houses in both zip codes but when you take them into the store or try to use them on the app they say that this owners stores do not participate in the promotions. Could definitely make a legal challenge on bait and switch against this owner. Probably won’t eat here anymore because of it. Seems shady. The sandwiches are definitely way overpriced for what you actually get too hence all the promos Subway sends out that you can’t use here. Gone are the days of the $5 foot long. It’s more than double that now. The staff was really friendly though and they did great at their jobs. Even agreed that it’s a bit shady they send all the coupons out to get people to come in and then don’t accept them.

On 3 separate occasions, I've placed an order on the website, received confirmation and then notification of money being debited from my bank account. But, for whatever reason, this particular location mysteriously doesn't have my orders. I let the other 2 go thinking mistakes happen. But nah, this is not a mistake. There is a problem. Also, this last time, the emp and whomever she supposedly called was so dismissive even when I had proof of the order. I was told to look for a contact number on the website! I received no assistance or customer service whatsoever from the employee on staff, I got the whole "this is not my problem thing". There is obviously something shady going on.

I'm a dasher and everytime I go into this store Quention is always in there by his lil lonesome doing the thing!!! This man needs a raise!!! Period. Give that man a raise for doing a job of 3 people!!!!!!
