Don’t bother with coupons; they’ll let you order with one in your hand and wait until paytime to tell you that they actually don’t accept valid Subway coupons.

I was really looking forward to the Baja chipotle chicken sub 🥪
Instead I got a room/cold temp toasted sub. With cold nacho cheese instead of an assumed warm/hot serving of nacho cheese sauce.
It ruined my first experience with the specialty sub. Would not order from here again.

I think it's trending to hate on Subway, and they are definitely far from perfect lol. Their tuna for example is pretty bad in my eyes, but ppl fcken love it. And every subway is about the same. I'm not there for the atmosphere, although very rarely do I get a rude or not very good employee, they are usually very nice. And I have about 3 sandwich recipes that I have perfected over my years going to subway, and for me they are the perfect sandwich, so of course I will recommend Subway any day, although they sure have strayed pretty far from the days of the $5 foot longs lol ???

My husband and I just had the worst sandwiches we have ever had at this subway the bread was so dry I had to take the bread off and it was still BAD!!!!!!
I ordered ahead to pick up and had everything i wanted on my sandwich which should tell them exactly what to put on there and they managed to mess it up and i didn’t realize until i got back to work

Went in for dinner. No staff anywhere in sight. Waited, and a girl came out from the back eating food, wiped her mouth with her hand, at least washed her hands before prepping our food. She asked my daughter 4 times what she wanted, then when my daughter repeated the same thing for the 4th time, she told the other staff member that she needed this sandwich, not toasted, we get asked again by the new staff member what we ordered. 5th time the start of the sandwich was made. Mind you the ingredients of what she asked for were literally in the description of the sandwich, and she told them exactly as written, but again, had to repeat herself. The staff member got to my order and he did great first try, he was nice, efficient, and listened. The original staff member started the toppings portion of my sandwich with food hanging from her face and her hair hanging over it. I can overlook a lot of things, but lack of proper sanitization and protocols is not one of them. Not sure we'll return to this particular location. If we do I hope the female employee has at least learned a tiny bit in better customer service skills. I wish I'd caught the male employee's name, as he was doing his best to cover both of their jobs.

The kids that work here are always out of it, I have to repeat myself numerous time and it's frustrating because they still often times get it wrong. Today we walked in and the girl was shoving an entire sandwich in her face, made our meals still chewing the bits in her mouth and had food on her face. As someone who works in customer service this was very unprofessional.

The restaurant was clean and the food was good, as expected for a Subway. BUT I don’t understand why they don’t take coupons. If the Subway corporation sends out a coupon list for Subway but then individual Subway shops don’t take coupons, then it defeats the whole purpose. I would understand if it was a mom and pop shop, but Subway is a billion-dollar enterprise and there should not be an option for individual locations to opt out of coupons. Seems silly, but it’s the principle of the thing.
Great service! The team was knowledgeable about the menu and understanding of food allergies and procedures in handling food items. They were patient and courteous. Highly recommend!
Vegetarian options: Veggie Delite Sandwich or salad
Dietary restrictions: Easily dairy free. Can't say gluten free technically, but is gluten friendly. They change their gloves and wipe off work space.

No one read my instructions to toast our sandwiches. The app no longer has an option to toast flatbread. This is new. How was I able to get these toasted?I am available to be reached by the subway App Help Desk.

Whoever made my sandwich put literally 4 banana peppers on my sandwich when I asked for extra. Why do you act like this is coming out of your paycheck dude please I paid 10 dollars for one sandwich which is already outrageous

I went in last night, at 655, there was a couple in front of me That was waiting to order And there were 2 workers they were working on one ticket. The 2 gentlemen that was working on the evening shift were going back-and-forth about If the shorter worker should put the sandwiches in The toaster, the taller ones said no, but anywho I sit there for 10 minutes. I finally got To the front line at 7:08 PM, the Shorter guy asked what I wanted, but he proceeded to work on the ticket That was there before I arrived im Assuming then he asked me if it was an 6in I told him no I wanted a foot long, but he still continued to work on the ticket that he started before asking what I wanted. He finally pulled out The bread that I ordered for my sandwich, but he dropped it on the floor went back to the warmer and grabbed another 1, the 1 he Drop on the floor he picked it back up and put it back into the warmer. And the whole time I was there for the 13 minute standing there. He literally have the same gloves on, He touched his pants several times and went to the back. While still having the same gloves on. At that moment that's when I hesitand was contemplated. If I should continue, he literally put the meat on my sandwich and then moved on to another ticket. That was there after 3 minutes. I literallee, tell him to cancel my order. Because he literally wiped his face. Touched other stuff with the same gloves on when I arrived. At 655, if thats what happens and going on while I'm there. Can you imagine what happens when People are not in front of him. the evening People are the worst, the Taller guy finally got done around 709 or 710PM with the Couple in front of me that literally had one One sandwich and literally took him more than 10 minutes when he got done I told him to cancel my order and I walked out he asked me, was this a joke? I think they are joke

I mean sometimes you get your food fast, sometimes it's just hard to get the order going (even when there isn't a line). But overall I see that the workers there are hard working. Just be patient and relax, they are doing their best.
