$18 for everything to be cold, wrong tacos, my frys were cold and soggy, the nachos were just crumbs and there's barely any cheese sauce in the cups. Unreal.

They never give you sauce or napkins and this time an item I ordered, a Mexican pizza, was two shells without any filling. I don’t get it. I’m in retail too, it takes nothing to make sure all items are in the bag and everything looks right before you give it to a customer.

Poor Management and No Accountability at the Taco Bell on South 4th Street in Leavenworth, Kansas 🌮🔔
I stopped into the Taco Bell at 2925 South 4th Street, Leavenworth, Kansas, to pick up food for myself and a fellow veteran who lives in the same apartment building. Because orders are no longer taken in person, I placed the order at the kiosk. The order included several add-ons, and I paid in full, rounding up my change for charity.
Since the food needed to be separated and delivered to someone else, I asked the employee at the counter if the items could be clearly labeled. She said she would pass the request to the kitchen but could not guarantee it would be done. I explained that once wrapped, it’s impossible to tell what’s inside a tortilla and asked again.
She repeated that she would let them know but could not guarantee anything. I then asked to speak with the manager and was told, “I am the manager.” After I stated that this was unacceptable, she told me that I “didn’t have to be rude.”
At no point was I rude — I was making a reasonable request on a paid, modified order. The response demonstrated a lack of accountability and professionalism. Labeling modified orders is a basic expectation, especially when customers are required to use kiosks instead of speaking directly with staff.
After all of this, the order was ultimately annotated as requested, placed in designated areas, and separated properly so I could bag it and deliver it myself.

Went there few days ago they messed up my child's order , she didnt get 2 cheesy beef burritos and the pop was extremely flat , manager said they would replace it , I didnt make it up there taht evening due to having to.work so I go there this evening I was told they are NOT GOING TO REPLACE the food so I then said I would let cooperate deal with that situation but could I go ahead and buy 2 more then I get to the window and she grabs my card scanned it before even telling me the total and then hands me my card and tells me it was 12 dollars which it was supppse.to be 6 dollars she then refunds it and tried to scan the card again fir another 8 dollars mind you im struggling as it is and so I looked at her and said why they couldn't take it out of whatbthey already ran my card for ... manager was extremely unprofessional and unproductive im out 13 dollars and still no food ..

did a mobile order at like 9:50 and didn't get it tonight until 10:27 ish :/ also, while waiting in a line of like 7 people behind (no one in front i was waiting at the kiosk) the girl who was at the drive thru and wearing the head set was outside rummaging through a car that smoke came out of. so i am assuming this happened; while being extremely busy this person left the building to vape then continued to stand and do nothing at the window while everyone waited to order food. let me remind you, i placed a MOBILE PICK UP yet was waiting for nearly 45 minutes
I would give 5 Stars, but you have to place your order on the kiosk. It loses the customer service touch.

Probably one of the most disappointing moments. Service is friendly, but you can independently tell they who ever is preparing the food doesn’t want to be there. Because fiesta potatoes are hard as rocks and beans are dried and the bean burrito was miniature. Meaning basically a tortilla with almost nothing on the inside. I get that it’s hot and we sometimes don’t want to be at work. But please just say that before I spend my money there. I don’t ever do these but felt like I needed to

This is my go to Taco Bell in town. Very rarely do I have any issues.

Not a bad place to stop after work for a quick bite to eat on the go. Food is serviceable and the staff have always been kind. Drive through is usually pretty quick so kudos for that.
