We ordered DoorDash, they forgot some of the order and sent the other items wrong. Cool no big deal, I call and let them know. Guy on the phone proceeds to tell me that he made it he knows he made it right - but if I want to come in he’ll replace it. Then he cuts me off when I’m trying to tell him what all was wrong or missing and I’m being a child because I’m “arguing” - nope not arguing- just trying to talk and you’re not letting me get a word out. 🙄 He keeps saying you’re being a child, and he knows he made it right, if it was made right. 🤦🏼♀️ Never once did he apologize, the proceeds to call me a child yet again- telling me I need to act grown. My husband takes the phone because I’m getting irritated. He does the same crap to my husband, and then hangs up. Do better Taco Bell, a simple “sorry about that we made a mistake” would have been nice.

Just awful!! Ordered the cantina power bowl this evening and all I got was 4 tiny pieces of chicken and was charged 8$ for chicken that add up to 2 nuggets..

They never have mild sause uts amazing... we ended up just buying a bottle at Walmart in the event we eat there. And the food is extremely over priced.

The service workers were incredibly rude, angry, and overall unfriendly. When we tried to order and they didn't have what we wanted, we chose to leave and go to the other location; at doing such we were met with anger and slamming of the window.

I ordered food from here Friday through the door dash. This was not a door dash issue though, this was a taco bell issue. I got the right receipt on my bag but it was not what I ordered. By the time I got to call my lunch was over. I called this location because the door dash said I'd have to reach out to them for them to approve the refund. When I called I spoke to someone who said they'd remake it and I can come get it, problem is I'm a teacher and couldn't leave. He then says well you can just come in and get the refund. Uhhh no, just approve my refund through door dash. Door dash said they couldn't approve the refund til they approved it. So Monday comes and I still see no refund even though I got the email from door dash that it had been approved. Finally, Monday they say there was a glitch and it would be back on Tuesday. Why did I get up this morning to a $3.98 refund? lol like be so for real? Door dash said that taco bell said it was a temperature issue and it absolutely was not. The issue is that I never got the correct food and they're trying to play and keep my money. I love Leavenworth but these fast food places suck!! Do better! So very disappointed in how taco bell has handled this!

Placed an online order for pickup through their website. My wife went through the drive through and they said they never got it. She called me and told me. I gave her the order number and they said it wasn't on their screen, therefore we never got our food. They said I would have to get hold of customer support from the website. We all know how that works. I called my credit card company and they gave me the phone number that was on my transaction. I called it. They are only open M-F 8-4. How much time am I going to have spend to get my money refunded? Once the transaction is posted (not pending) I can put in a fraudulent charge with my card company. I might just go that route since this is a fraudulent charge.

My crunch wrap supreme had absolutely zero meat in it.
Tortillas were stale around the edges. Beef tasted old. Wouldn't recommend. Prices are crazy now too.

Im so done with this taco bell. Once again out of Dr.Pepper and ordered 2 cheese steak burritos and they were so small. Nearly half the size that I usually get. Paying for a bigger burrito shouldnt get a burrito the size of a $2 burrito. The people at the window are nice but thats it the rest is a joke.
They should hire people who can read. Somehow sour cream ends up on everything. Like a magical sour cream fairy comes a blasts the shit out of everything. No sour cream should be easy enough to read off a digital menu but what do I know.

Taco Bell food is always good. Drive thru server wasn't very loud and couldn't seem to understand my order. When she brought the food out, she was bubbly and and very polite.

I went to the Taco Bell on Metropolitan, across from the gate…by far hands down I received the freshest Doritos Locos Taco Supremes that I have ever had since Taco Bell came out with these!
