One of the worst Taco Bells I've ever been to. Ordered my food on the touch panel and waited for 20 minutes before anyone said a word to me. And was asked if they could help me. I said I was still waiting for my order and then was finally told I had to pay before they would make my order. Is there nothing that alerts them that I ordered and need to pay? I stood at the counter and watched 4 people enter the building, order, recieve their order, and leave before they said anything to me.

People are rude. Somehow ran out of lettuce. They use wrong ingredients for items. Window workers act like it's a huge inconvenience to take another order in the drive through with a passenger. Ive been to This location three times and all have been awful. Who ever hired whoever does the hiring needs re-trained

They rarely get orders right. Add sour cream doesn't mean a supreme taco. If a burrito is grilled, it should be grilled. The tortillas and taco shells are stale half the time. The soda tastes like seltzer. The food should be fresh and good, and made correctly. If I order it, I should receive it. This taco bell has been the worse one in town since the day it opened.

Night shift employee was horrible , he was completely annoyed while taking my order at 2:40 then closed the window after charging and started screaming “ it’s 2:45 AM dog”. They close at 3am. Once I got to the house , every taco and burrito were completely empty!! If you can’t handle working at a fast food restaurant then maybe don’t ? . .

Ordered online, went thru the drive thr to pick up, I was the only person there , was told to hold on for a minute and look over the menu…. 11 minutes later they came back … went to the window waited only 4-5 minutes asked to make sure they had put sauce in the bag, got home and there were “5” potatoes I. The container, had plenty of sauce but was missing 2 items 🙄. Called them .. they wanted to just have me come another day for the items they didn’t place in the bag, I politely said I would come back for them, they only put potatoes and pinto and cheese and lots of sauce . Drove back and got the taco and chilopea.. got home and there was a hair in the taco and the chalupa was so hard I could even eat the outside of it 🙄🙄 Please DO BETTER!!

Stop ripping people off or get someone who is qualified to cook. I ordered like 26.00 worth of food couldn't even eat nothing the in the supreme burrito, the potatoes taste burnt. Hire some quality people even the manager was there.
