Their toppings are always frozen, and frozen lettuce and cheese inside a softshell and warm meat, I'm not crazy about it, I don't think it works. The staff is not at all friendly, and they are always rushing the customers. So not a lot of reasons to keep coming back. Even when they are the only ones open.

I am over Taco Bell treating me like I work there. My husband was so excited to be back to an area with Taco Bell, but when he went to the register and was told he had to use the self check out, we walked out and went to Taco Johns and they were happy to take our order at the registers. If you can take my order by me talking to the cashier then we will no longer go to your restaurant.........

Everyone was nice food was good was starved and ate all my food before I realized that they had not put any ground beef let alone the extra that ordered, they would not take my word forit refused to ask the food preparee and did nothing and made no offer to do anything and basically left it that it was my fault for not catching their mistake they were otherwise very nice and accommodating if my food allergies and hanging out for a long time in their dining room

I ordered black bean tacos and every time I get them from here I noticed there was no flavor and they’re really runny. Now I realize that they must be watering them down and it shows. Taco Bell on 4th street’s black bean tacos taste so much better. More flavor and a creaminess that Taco Bell on Metropolitan left behind for more water. Most likely to extend the shelf life of the beans I’m sure. You can literally taste the difference. It’s very disappointing but now I know to do all my Taco Bell eating at the other restaurant from now on. At least while I’m on a black beans kick. Their other food taste fine.

I ordered 2 Luxe Craving Boxes. The drinks were wrong and the food I did get was visibly mashed/flat from being crammed into a small bag and items were missing. I paid for express delivery and did not get that either. I called Taco Bell, told them the food was smashed, the drinks were wrong, and some of the items were missing. I was told they were out of boxes and to order via DoorDash free sauce packets and they would bring the items. There is a minimum purchase to DoorDash. I paid another $5.75, waited for an hour and a half and never got anything corrected from the first order nor received the second one. I called and was told I would have to go through DoorDash. Taco Bell made the food and got the order wrong and then would not make it right or give credit for their mistake...DoorDash was not the problem. I paid for food Idid not get, the food was mashed and flat that I did get, and the drinks were completely wrong. I was told that I could come get the order at 10:40pm after Taco Bell made the mistake. So if you want your order wrong, dont mind waiting 1 1/2 hours, and then want to take the extra time and gas to drive to this store to be treated like you did something wrong by expecting the correct order, not mashed food, and some semblance of customer service...I guess this is the restaurant for you. Good luck throwing your money away and wasting your time and gas and I hope you are not hungry because it is not like you can expect Taco Bell to actually make the food they serve or get your order right because that is just asking too much. The cherry on top of it all is you absolutely will not get what you pay for because I paid for food I did not get and was refused a refund and store credit for what I did not get. I canceled the second DoorDash with no problems and was given an immediate refund as well as an additional credit for the 1 1/2 wait. This simple task is just too confusing and hard for Taco Bell. If only it were possible to give a negative 10 star, zero is way too high and unfortunately this only allows for one star to be the lowest selection.

Ohh my God. One of the worst Taco Bell I have been to..the food was nasty. The place was dirty..the bathroom wasn't clean..if was a undercover boss. I would have fired everyone...it was that bad.
