We were just in town for the night and this was on the other side of town from our hotel, but the drive was worth it. We had BBQ and beer that tasted particularly good after a long day's drive. Our server was attentive and efficient.
Having been stationed here 25 years ago as a 95C in the old DB, South Gate was a place I frequented. Now that they turned the old visitation room into a diner I had to check it out! Was not disappointed, the food was pretty good. Limited menu was still pretty appealing.
The 12th Brick is the hidden gem on the Fort. Portion sizes are great and the prices are very reasonable. The staff is very friendly and very fast service. I haven't had anything here I didn't love!
