I stopped by during a road trip waiting for Wendy's the WHOLE TIME. I understand places get busy mind you they really weren't busy. We waited 30 minutes for 3 biggie bags which had cold fries 2 sandwiches made wrong and a wrong drink. My husband is diabetic and cant have ketchup and they gave him a not diet drink and ketchup on his sandwich……. He had an allergic reaction to the KETCHUP they were asked not to put on the burger and we had to rush to ER. The chicken nuggets where the only thing fresh and right.

DoorDash orders are always mysteriously disappearing or being canceled after pick up. Management needs to look into this

We went to Wendy’s on 4th St today to help support our high school fundraiser. We placed a large order but made the mistake of not checking our order before pulling out of the drive thru. We were shorted a JBC and the cheese fries we ordered had bacon, which we did not want or ask for. I tried calling the store but no one answered and I received the message that their voicemail was full. Next time I’ll just donate the money directly to the school. Avoid this Wendy’s location!

ordered a pick up order through DoorDash, when my friend goes to get my order, the employees tell her that they already gave out my food to DoorDash. but it's not a delivery so how could someone pick up MY order? with me on the phone, they tell my friend that we'll have to PAY AGAIN to receive the order they gave away without verification.
