Food was mediocre, I think due to the location I wasn't able to relax because I felt I needed to constantly keep watching on other patrons due to their behaviors. But the girl taking our order was very sweet.

Male Manager with the 2 braids, handling food no gloves, he actually took dessert out with his hands, while everyone else is wearing gloves, no salt, tons of pepper, had to get pepper from the fries shaker, floors are nasty, black lady working the window with nuggets, again no gloves, just nasty, close it down

I enjoy their food and the atmosphere of the restaurant is fine. They seem to have a very hard time with customizations or filling orders correctly in the drive-thru. Over the last few months, every visit, something is either missing from my order or they make an item wrong. Ex. missing fries or nuggets, missing sandwich add-ons like bacon added, wrong sandwich given, or cheese is not removed. One time, I went inside at breakfast at 9am and waited around for 20 minutes for someone to take my order, and we were the only customers. Staff doesn't really seem like they want to be there. I wait a month and then go back to see if things have improved and get the same results.

they close 30mins to an hour early EVERY NIGHT. it’s ridiculous. change your hours if you aren’t actually open that late.

The door was stuck shut, so we had to walk around in the snow. There was no heat in the dining room, so we had to keep our coats on.

I had pulled off already and there was a lady yelling for me and it was one of Wendy's staff running to get me a sandwich that didn't make it into the bag. With today's expectations for work places, those ladies are a breathe of fresh air. Helpful friendly and damned if they aren't trying their best!

I still like Wendy's food and the employees but one of them always has a nasty attitude towards me and my family members I usually never get upset and I also work in customer service but I asked the lady for 2 ranch packets she put 1 ketchup packet in the bag and gave me a dirty look and closed the window someone should fire her or give her a long talk on how to treat people.
