Cheyenne was very hateful. We came for an order and she was very rude to me saying your ready will be ready when it is ready. So rude! Will not come back here again

I went when it first opened. I was really hungry and excited. When we got our food it was kinda cold. Look, I didn't want to sound rude so i didn't say abything to an employee. The food tasted bland but the sauses were really tasty.

This is basically a brand new place in Leavenworth. But it's not that good I love Raisin Cane's so much and this feels like the poor man's version while being the same price.. but it was real good this time for some odd reason.

I'm really disappointed, the staff is not trained on how to make the menu items and the wait time is unrealistic. The Zaxby's at the legends is 10/10 this is clearly bad leadership refusing to train the staff. $12 for a salad that wasn't made correctly and took 30 minutes to get.

Went through the drive thru order 5 of the chicken fingers tacos took just shy of 30 minutes to get the other. Other orders through the drive thru after my order was served. They did comp me with an extra taco.

Dang first experience with Zaxby was not good. Took 20 minutes to get a four piece chicken strip meal. Had someone knock on my door to ask me what I ordered and then had to go back to the drive-through because they forgot my sauce and then they made me walk in to go get the sauce so maybe dine in instead..

Ordered online and you guessed it...they got the order WRONG. How is it possible for you to messed up an online order by the crew when it says specifically what we wanted?!?! Disappointed.
