We have eaten at Bonefish many times over the past few years. Last night's meal was below par and the service was inconsistent. We had to request bread and then it didn't get served until after we had our main course and that was after a second request. The rice that was served with the meals was not thoroughly cooked and lumpy and the vegetables were also undercooked. The main course was also served within minutes of getting our appetizers. Not a good experience last night.

This was our first 5-Course Cocktail Pairing Dinner experience at Bonefish, and it was absolutely phenomenal. Mark, the host, was a fantastic MC who set the tone perfectly for the evening. The food presentation was stunning, and the flavors delivered at every course. Plates kept arriving, cocktails kept flowing, and the experience never missed a beat. Our server, Keydall, was top tier attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. The entire waitstaff worked seamlessly and made the night feel effortless. We had an amazing time and are already looking forward to the next event.

The shrimp appetizer was good. The main course for 2 was average. Seared tuna was good. The salmon had a strong taste and the shrimp was undercooked. Ambiance was nice. The waiter and manager were very attentive.

We had crab cakes to start , Chilean sea bass and scallops and mahi as entrees with the best Brussels sprouts and au gratin potatoes . Finished with a chocolate no bake brownie and chocolate crème brule . Everything was delicious !!

My food was severely under cooked, couldn't finish it. My wife's was served incorrectly, the wrong sides were delivered and not even asked why we didn't finish our meals. Server really was uncaring and aloof about us.

Typically one of my favorite spots but this visit was disappointing. Our waiter was not attentive so had to ask his coworkers for simple things like refills.

Our server was one of the worst we've experiencerd in some time. Wish he had shared his name with us. He did not (probably for good reason). Never followed up with us about our food (much of it was cold). He also didn't follow up on a request I had made to purchase a $50 gift card with the $10 bonus promo. He claimed he "didn't think it was still being offered" ... when we had just seen a flyer as we walked into the restaurant advertising the special (buy a $50 gift card get a $10 bonus card to be used in Januaray). He said he'd "have to check" but problem is he never did bother. I ended up having to go purchase one myself at the hostess check-in table. That young man who assisted me with the gift card purchase was awesome! You could tell the server was really irritated when he looked down at the portable credit card transaction machine at our table and saw I'd only given him a 15% tip. He abruptly stormed off in a huff. Good riddence buddy. Still sorry I didn't get your name. I'd have loved to made management aware of your pathetic job of waiting on us.

The oysters were not shucked. We mentioned this to the server, and he acted like he didn't know what that meant. Crab cakes were just okay. The bourbon glazed salmon and trout were fabulous, as were the side salads and bread.

We always ask for Jeremy or Dee. They remember our names,  they remember choices, they remember everything about us. Happy new year to everyone at the restaurant!!!

Don't know if it was the kitchen or just our server but overwhelmed with full restaurant. Have never had such poor service. Took over an hour for food to come out. It was delicious when we received it. We were offered free desert but had no more time. Then the credit card machine was available so I had to give them all of the cash I had. The craziest experience I have ever had at this restaurant.

We are always happy choosing Bonefish and use this location for special occasions like our anniversary. Food is great, both of us are always pleased with choices and how the meal turns out. Restaurant was a little noisy at our first table, so we requested a move to a quieter area. I often get trout with mango topping, my favorite. Very good salad. We'll be back, promise!
