Wonderful kind service and great food. Our waiter was very sweet, with our ordering as my group was of an elderly crowd.

Stopped on the way home from work and ordered carry out. I requested extra sauces for the Calamari and Bang Bang Shrimp. Typically, I check my order before I leave, however the bag was stapled shut with 10 staples, so I didn’t bother to open it. There was less than 1/3 olive oil and pesto for the bread, there were no extra sauces, and my side salad contains inedible soggy grape tomatoes and aged looking olives. I called to report my dissatisfaction with my order, and was told the standard amount of olive oil and pestos was in the container. I stated I’m a regular customer and this is NOT the norm. I was offered the opportunity to speak with a manager who confirmed the same, stating the oil was being over poured and costing the restaurant tons of money! She stated that the bread and oil was complimentary, unless I ask for additional oil and pestos, they won’t know I would like more. After being questioned about who took my order, and waiting for the manager to locate my order in their system, she confirmed the extra sauces were not added to the order. Overall, the customer service and food from Bonefish Grill was disappointing today. I discarded the after the second bite! Stopping to get two of my Bonefish Grill favorites I’ve enjoyed for years, was NOT worth the drive out of my way on the way home (across the state line ) today!

Stopped into Bonefish Grill in Rogers before a concert. After almost 10 minutes of being ignored, I had to go find a manager — Trace — to get any service. Bang Bang Shrimp? Bang Bang average. Surf and turf? Boring. Halibut? Dry. Even the sides were a miss. Trace did what he could, comped some stuff, but the damage was done. No tip. Won’t be back.

Fish and Chips were very greasy.Removed the batter and the fish was very spongy and I could not eat it.Told the server and he said he would tell the manager.A very bad experience.Dont order fish and chips.

Loved it! The atmosphere was phenomenal, the food was very delicious and worth every dollar spent. Most important, the service was great and everyone was very accommodating and friendly.

Made reservations, but didn't really need them for when we arrived. We were sat at a table that had extenders on it, which made the sides kind of tilted & not very trustworthy. The Crushed Pineapple Martini & Bang Bang Shrimp were amazing. I got the Scallop & Shrimp Skewer with the Parmesan Risotto & Crispy Potatoes (both premium sides, & while good, not really worth the upcharge). Our waitress was attentive & friendly, but missed an opportunity by not asking if we wanted dessert.

Took 15 minutes to get greeted at our table. Steak came out completely raw in the center and the lobster tail was extremely chewy. After telling the waiter the manager came over to the table and was overly pushy about free dessert. and the cherry on top the fish and chips made my girlfriend sick. Won’t be eating here again. You think paying 40 dollars per plate you would have better service. Don’t know how this place is still in business.

Krista C was our waitress/server/attendent. She was nice, fun, attentive and helpful. Thank you for a great experience for my daughters birthday.

Had lunch with a group. Server Tony was great but they were woefully understaffed. Food came out randomly over time, no refills, fish and chips was a greasy mess, no one even asked. Won’t be back here!

ETA: in response to the reply given….I’ve given the feedback, not planning to go further. In this business, you get 1 chance! This one missed the mark drastically. Deducted another star for a weak, canned reply.

The server was professional, courteous, and honest. The food was cooked perfectly. The house salad is light but flavorful. The fresh bread and seasoned oil is difficult to turn away, so don't! Enjoy it! The white wine is served at a perfect temperature that enhances the flavor. As a bonus, we were offered a complementary order of the seared Ahi tuna appetizer. We would not have ordered it, but it was delicious and will order it again. Definitely recommend.

Never had bad service here. Very consistent. Decently priced for seafood.
