Mid burger, service nonexistent really with kiosk orders, Chipotle adjacent decor. Why is it so expensive? Again mid food tiny portions for the price. I've been to NYC shake shack in 2019 and I felt the same way back then.
Shake Shack food quality is top notch for a fast food restaurant. The burgers are excellent. The Shack Burger is always perfectly done. The patty edges are crispy and the ingredients fresh. You can add pickles, onions, and other basic toppings for free. The Smokehouse burger is also a favorite. The bacon is well-cooked and the cherry peppers add a bit of heat to the burger.

Excellent customer service, I bought some Mango Passionaides and the taste was off, I brought it up with whom I believed to be a supervisor/manager and she replaced them with drinks of my choosing. She was super cordial and nice.
