Enjoyed a latte with skim milk while chatting with a friend. Service staff were all friendly and helpful.
Update: Still a favorite spot to meet my friends. Staff continues to be very friendly and helpful.

Great coffee. Delicious food. Small drive-through line. Easier to order online an pick it up.

Worst Starbucks experience I’ve had at a Starbucks. As soon as I pulled up to the window the lady seemed inconvenienced. Handed me a hot drink at an angle in a hurry, it poured out of the hole onto my hand (a small amount but still). I went to give my daughter her sandwich and it was ice cold, like not even warm, cheese just fell right out of it because it was cold. Had to park to go in. People still seemed inconvenienced, not even an apology about the sandwich? Don’t know what’s up at this location but for anyone, but especially a single mom trying to get her toddler somewhere before work and having to park and go in and deal with this was annoying. Last time I’ll ever go to that location.
I love the Warrensburg crew!

Workers seemed a bit confused at order drive through. Gave me hot coffee when I had ordered cold drink. Way more ice than anything else. First time I've had this issue at Starbucks. Maybe they were having a bad day.

Man - this place could really be something. It's a great location with fabulous patio dining. However, despite not having more than 2 cars in the drive-through and a handful of people sitting in the cafe, we had to wait several minutes to even have someone approach us to take our order. One barista was mopping the floor right in front of the door making a very dangerous situation for those entering and exiting. When she finally took our order and was given cash, she needed help either accessing the change drawer or making change for a $20 bill. Our coffee tasted as good as a Starbucks ever tastes (we know it's the "McDonald's of coffee) but our cups were not even full.
The outside patio could be quite lovely, but the furniture needed a good cleaning. I'll give that a pass since even though it was a beautiful day, we did experience blizzard-like conditions the previous afternoon.
There is a LOT of potential in this location, it just needs a more animated staff and some appropriate clean up (and timing....DO NOT mop the floor at 4pm - and this was not a small area).

I normally don’t leave online reviews, but this deserves one. Staff seemed a bit discombobulated. I ordered a Venti Salted Carmel Cold Brew in the drive thru. Instructions weren’t followed, and my drink tastes like mud. I asked for extra foam and received none, just for starters. No way did it contain 3 shots of espresso.

Worst experience ever… The Starbucks in this area have gone so far downhill I’m not coming back. Watery coffee, 20 minutes to get my drink, they no longer care about their customers.

I thought Prairie Village was the slowest SBX in the Metro. I was wrong. Consistently I use a 4-minute estimate per car in line to decide if I have enough time. Also Starbucks is usually pretty good about consistently getting an order right but I bet I've had to go back in three times in the last 6 months here
.
World’s slowest drive thru waited 40 minutes at 4:30 in the afternoon. 4 cars in line. Absolutely terrible

Service was not friendly. I was the only customer inside and no one acknowledged I was at the counter. There was a batista making coffee and we made eye contact but no "hi" "be right with you", nothing. A young man came from the back and he finally acknowledged me and took my order. I know we are all busy, but a simple "hi" goes a long way.

On a slow Sunday morning it took 10 minutes to get two simple black house coffees only upon a gentle reminder. Being totally ignored by three high school girls including one trainee. Not going back

I order my drinks online ahead of time and multiple times the lobby is “closed” and I am forced to wait in the drive through line.
I order online so I don’t have to wait in line. I told them they should turn off online ordering if their lobby was closed and they said upper management wouldn’t let them.
