Small home town feel with awesome owners that take the time to get to know each customer. The wine is delicious and the wine slushies are my favorite!
I’ve been to Empty Nester’s around 3 times now as I no longer live in the area but drive through often, and each time I’ve been met with smiles and amazing wine tastings, snacks, and wine slushies. My most recent trip in was to pick up a special order that I had arranged about a week in advance for a family member who wanted to try one of the food items sold here but were not a regularly stocked item. Empty Nesters Winery offers award-winning wine, game nights on Thursdays, and live music events on Saturdays. This charming winery provides a phenomenal environment, wide open, clean, and beautiful. Visitors can try all of their distinct fruit wines, including favorites like blueberry, strawberry, elderberry, and cranberry, and enjoy wine slushes. The owner is very knowledgeable, offering a wonderful tasting experience and history lessons, and will recommend other local wineries to visit.
