A truly disappointing experience. We ordered takeout and the sushi came pre-soaked in some mystery sauce. The rice was somewhat stale, the the shrimp was over cooked and the batter was on it was soggy. We won't be returning.

My wife and I ordered takeout and were very pleased. The order was ready in a timely manner and the food was excellent. The sushi was jam-packed with fish, which is always my first criteria for a good sushi restaurant. The Tokyo Kid roll was particularly good. I am looking forward to trying more of their rolls!

We used Uber Eats to deliver the sushi we ordered. The food was very tasty, but most of the maki rolls were unrolled, there was sauce leaking out of the container and into the plastic bag and even if the driver would've handled our food with care the presentation wasn't close to even grocery store sushi. The taste of the sushi was great. My companion who doesn't like sushi ordered Chicken Teriyaki. The chicken was very overcooked and chewy and the sauce had migrated from the container to the plastic bag. Since so many restaurants to survive during Covid need to get their takeout act together, perhaps some constructive criticism for Sushi Aso is to package their rolls very tightly in case a delivery service mistreats the packaging. We will try it again, but go pick it up ourselves. Additionally my partner will get takeout from a separate restaurant. Purchasing chineseish food from a sushi restaurant is like buying a salad from a bar that serves bar food.
