Went during holiday pop up. It was Christmas Eve so I’m not expecting super fast service. It took about 40 minutes for our appetizer then another 20 for our entrées. We got a side of asparagus, there was quite literally only four pieces on the plate (she ate one before the picture) with pre shredded cheese on top, for $8, ridiculous. The fish and chips were fine, but the Mac n cheese really was the best. Ours was with the smoked ham and it added a great Smokey flavor to the mac. Asked a server for a to go box and never got it. Had to ask another one and he got it immediately.

This was a horrible experience. They have enough plates and food for 30 people, and seat over a hundred. They ran out of plates, they ran out of food over and over. It was miserable. And then we had to pay for it!

Don’t waste your money and time. We came for the holiday decorations and that was the only thing they had going for them. Food was tremendously unimpressive and took almost a hour to come out. All portions were very small. Came with 4 adults. 3 of us got hamburgers, one pasta dish (all very tiny portions) and 3 vodka OJs and our bill was $170 after tip. Can’t believe we paid that much for what we got. Don’t come here.

This is a review for the Blue Moose Lenexa. A week ago I visited and had a really bad fall on their bar floor. The kid working there said, "yeah the floor is really slippery", but didn't help me up. A patron at the bar, who used to be in the restaurant business, saw me fall and guessed that they were probably using the mop from the back do all the floors. It felt like grease. Another older woman was concerned as well with the slickness of the floor. I notified the manager and he scooted his feet on it and said. "Sorry". No one seemed to be concerned at all about the floor of the fact that I wiped out like a deer on ice. Visited my chiropractor the next day to help me out. Wrote to KC Hopps about my concern and they didn't respond. All the prices are sky high right now for SNOWGLOBE and the food is mediocre. Looks nice, but not impressed with the manager there and haven't beed for a long time. Be careful if you visit. The floor is like a skating rink.

My 9 year old and his friends had an incident and one of the kid fall down.The Restaurant owner came to the kids and was so rude literally threatened my kids and my friend’s kids that he will call the cops on them. Our kids are still traumatized from that encounter. Then he actually called the cops on us which spoiled our entire evening. His staff was apologizing to us . They even said it is so stupid of him to do this and he instigated the whole thing. Would never go to this place ever again and would not recommend anyone to take their families especially if they have kids to this place. I would have given this place a 0 star if it was possible. I checked all the other reviews and it’s that same attitude problem with the so called manager/owner. I am also a business owner and i would never treat or approach my customers the way he talked to us and especially my kids.

We visited this place with our friends and family, our kids went to use restroom and had minor incident( while they were coming back our 6 year old fell down) , the store manager came to our kids and threatened to call cops on them . Our kids were very disturbed from the incident . It was my son’s birthday and was supposed to be special day for him and he was crying becauce the manager scared him so bad . If you guys are considering taking your kids to this place please think twice .

I wish I could give them 0 star but unfortunately there is no option well we went there with family and friends group of 13 people spent around 250 dollars. Little incident with 9 year old kid he felt down and the manager yell at 9 year old kid he going to call cops at him manager is so rude he came to us and we apologize to him and he said u guys needs to leave right now I guess that place is sucks 😕 they needs tonput note on door kids are not allowed in this place pls avoid this there is many other places much better then this is don't know he is manager or owner let me put his pic as well pls comment let's see who he is avoid that place if u can good luck

My family and friends recently visited Blue Moose, Lenexa, KS and had a deeply disturbing encounter with the restaurant Manger. Our 6-year-old child had a minor accident while going to restroom, and the manager responded with a terrifying display of anger. He threatened to call the police on a small child, leaving them traumatized. This incident completely ruined our meal and left a lasting negative impact on my child. I urge others to consider their children's well-being and avoid this establishment.
