Restaurant was clean. The hostess and waiter were friendly. Service was a bit slow. I speculate that this was due to a staffing shortage. I had the curry chicken with fried rice for lunch. It came with egg drop soup and a crab rangoon. Everything was delicious! The booths and chairs were too low for the tables, which made eating feel awkward. I'll be back!!

I’m not usually one to complain, but my experience at this Bo Ling location was awful. I came to visit KC and requested to go to Bo Lings as I enjoyed the food and service at the Plaza location. This location was completely different! It took 5 minutes for our waitress to come to our table and we didn’t have any silverware until we requested it with our appetizers. Then I ordered a Pina colada and asked the waitress did I accidentally get a virgin one and she stated she would get that manager. The manager James came to the table and stated that he was the one that made my drink and it’s perfectly fine the way he made it and walked away. The waitress was the one who came back and asked if I wanted it stronger after we finished our meal and asked for our checks. I decided to drop the issue as I don’t like to cause trouble, but the way he treated us and the fact that we had to get other waiters to get our waitress multiple times I wouldn’t advise anyone to go to the location next to Oak Park mall.

I had a very poor experience here on Saturday evening. I waited over 20 minutes for a delivery pickup while staff focused only on online orders. Despite being told multiple times that my order was almost ready, it never was. This was frustrating and misleading. I would not recommend this location for delivery drivers.

Saturday night was a nightmare. I stood around for 20+ minutes waiting for a pickup, but the staff only cared about online orders. They kept saying “almost done,” but it was just empty talk. Honestly, this place is a waste of time for drivers.

Very disappointing, especially since they kept saying it was “almost ready” but never followed through. They misled me and other drivers. As always food was good and so was the service. However the reason for 3 stars is halfway through my dinner I bit down on something that appeared to be a rock. Not sure what it was but nearly cracked my tooth on it. Showed it to the server and he took it to kitchen to see if they could figure out what it was. They couldn't. Server was very nice and apologetic. Asked if I was ok. Problem is I didn't finish my meal due to loss of appetite due to what I bit down on. At no time did they offer to take the meal off my bill or do anything to take care of the problem. I'm not after a free meal but you have to offer something. Free dessert or take it off the bill or half off and I only at half my meal. Do something at least. I will go back and I hold no I'll will. Just got to do better when something like this happens.
