This was my first visit here and it was fantastic!! Ordering was super easy with the interactive wall mounted menu, and when we had questions the staff was friendly and helpful. One of our group wasn’t sure what she wanted, and was able to order at the counter after asking questions about the menu. With five people we were all able to find something to our taste, and every one of the drinks were delicious. Our order was prepared quickly and accurately as well.Parking: At no fault of the owners of this business, the businesses on either side of this one have greedily claimed all of the parking right in front of the storefront with their own signage. However, there is general parking in the same vicinity very close by. It’s not difficult to find close parking at all.Kid-friendliness: There are so many kid-friendly flavors available that even my pickiest kiddo found something to enjoy! They also have board games available for use in the seating area.Wheelchair accessibility: There are handicap parking spaces available almost right outside the door, along with a sidewalk ramp leading to the business. Inside has wide walkways and tables well-suited to wheelchair access. The wall mounted interactive menu is probably just slightly too high to order from a wheelchair, but the ordering counter is low enough that placing an order there would be very reasonable.

Such a great little shop. I had a Vietnamese iced coffee with brown sugar pearls and a Mochi donut and they were both delicious. There's plenty of seating and the people running the shop are very friendly. Highly recommend.

Loved loved loved this cute little family owned business! They were so kind and courteous! I got the cookies and cream smoothie and 2 of the mochi donuts and omg it was sooo tasty! They also give you the option to add boba instead of it automatically coming in the drinks so non boba fans like myself can still enjoy the beverages as well! Highly recommend this Lenexa Gem!

Fabulous Boba Tea shop. High-quality Family owned boba tea shop filled with many fresh flavors to choose. Everyone is super friendly and fantastic. Love their passionfruit teas, made fresh with California homegrown passionfruits. The Ube smoothie was very tasting and fresh. We love their thai teas as well. Their Avocados smoothie is the best in KS and MO. Very smooth and not icy at all like other tea shops. Highly recommend this boba shop go all ages. Great service, plus great drinks. Prices are reasonable. Owners are very sweet and kind. I come at least 3 times a week, although we lived about 1 hour away.
Boba love has very customizable bubble tea/boba milk tea. There are multiple types of boba (crystal, popping, original, brown sugar) in various flavors. In addition, this place has coffee boba and smoothies. If you want to try a new combo, I would definitely recommend it.(Also, I did not try the mochi donuts but this is one of their featured items.)

Visited this cute place today! We got the honey dew refresher and crème brûlée milk tea and a chocolate donut. I forgot to take a picture of our drinks unfortunately but the donuts and cake looked delicious! Everything was so good. The place was pretty and clean with friendly staff. I'm sure we'll be back!

So so yummy, I live in Olathe and spherically drive into Lenexa just to eat here. Their boba is so yummy, you can just taste how fresh the ingredients are.
