C. Jacks Quiche

I ordered a Quiche Lorraine for Christmas breakfast. It was so delicious! Perfect balance of everything. The eggs were fluffy like I like them and the crust was flaky. I had a few pieces leftover so I took them to work the next few days. 10 minutes in the toaster oven and they were even more amazing!!!

Stumbled across this place while looking for breakfast. Ordered the quiche (spinach florentine) the night before (but I'm told it's good to give a day or two notice if you're ordering a lot) and picked it up the next morning. We're talking French-light in consistency. Which means I could eat way more than I should without feeling guilty. :) The owner is super nice, and let us try some pumpkin banana bread as well. Will definitely be back to try more quiche!

Not at all what I expected. There were no tables, and no staff. There was a young woman just inside the door, next to a small cooling rack of fresh quiche, manually stamping the company logo onto small white pizza boxes. Talk about charm. She helped us navigate the menu, and we left with one Quiche Lorraine. One bite is enough to you know you're having something special. It was delicate. Extremely soft. Like a custard.
