I want to say a HUGE thank you to the wonderful staff here! I had an issue with some breakfast pizzas that I ordered - my fault, not theirs, and they were truly amazing about the whole thing. Everyone I encountered was awesome from the girl who took my phone call, to the manager who confirmed the date to the friendly woman who made the pizzas. Thank you so much everyone! The pizzas were great!

I don't understand what has happened to make Casey's go downhill so fast. It seems like every Casey's I'm visiting nowadays has horrible customer service and this one is no exception. I said good morning to the girl and asked her how she was and she rolled her eyes at me and ask me if I had Casey's rewards. The card machine was not cooperating with me and was having a glitch . She made me feel like it was my fault and ostracized me in front of the other people in line. I think I might finally be done with Casey's which is very sad as it's been one of my favorite gas stations since I was a small child.

Upgrade pumps! Tap to pay needs to be added and so does chip readers for security reasons. So outdated for such a busy station

I love Casey’s, but this store is very dirty. Also, be careful driving in the parking lot/pumps area because there are huge potholes.

I went to this Casey's and the gentleman James who was working the register was so patient, kind and helpful. I was absolutely blown away with his attitude and the smile on his face. No matter how many people came up and asked questions, he was happy to help them and had such a good attitude! Thank you James!

Ordered a pizza at 8:30 confirmation said it would be ready at 9. Got there at 9 and the kid making pizzas was more worried about flipping through inappropriate songs and jacking around with co workers. Had not started my order. Mind you there were no other orders. Waited another 15 minutes zero apologies.
Last time in this store. I used to stop in almost every day, close to work. One to many times with the rude comments from employees.

Horrible service! The workers are lazy and rude. They don’t help you with anything or answer any of your questions. The ones that are actually respectful look like they are overworked and they’re going to pass out. Not to mention overly high prices. DONT EVER GO THERE!
