Chewology had very cute decor. We were seated very quickly. Our meal began with the wood earmushroom salad it was chew and vinegary. Next we had the beef Napa dumplings they had a small kick and they were my personal favorite. The pork cabbage dumplings were similar to other restaurants still very good. Finally our meal ended with the beef noodles. The beef noodles had a rich beef broth with small pieces of boc choy and slices beef very flavorful and delicious. A great experience....
Feels like the chef had a good vision for the menu, but there’s issues every where. A/C was rough in the summer. Drinks came out late in an empty restaurant. Food just ok for a steep price
We had the whole place to ourselves right at opening! The staff were informative and attentive without being overbearing. The food was an explosion of flavors. We ordered both of the rice dishes on the menu. We were partial to the pork belly but the crab was great as well. After the pork belly rice, the dressed eggs were our favorite bite!
