Came in for an earlier dinner, staff seemed unprepared manager was on her job but think the under employees need help and lil more training especially the young guy working the front counter didn’t even wanna take our order and then the guy who did take our order didn’t even make sure we had our drinks. The lobby was ok but tables had trash on them that no one cleaned up. One employee stand around and talk his friends in the lobby for a min

I will always like chickfila, it is a part of many of our childhoods and is definitely one of my favorite places to eat. They are affordable and have a well rounded menu ranging from chicken to mac and cheese to the amazing waffle fries! Definitely a great place to take the small ones due to the amazing play place! Hope your next fast food outing is a chick fila at 87th and 435!

Stopped at the store in Lenexa, KS, tonight. Walked in, order nuggets and a milk shake to go. Never once did I mention to the order taker that I wanted a "meal," or fries. Of course, when I get home and opened the bag I find fries. The receipt shows I ordered a meal. Upcharging, which once was confined to drivethroughs, has become more and more common. Never thought it would happen at Chik-fil-a. But, hey, do it 100 times a day and you clear an extra $300 for the day. And a lot of bad will for your dishonesty.

Never going back there again ordered a chocolate ice cream and brownie. Got home and found out they gave me a cookie and vanilla ice cream. Ordered a shake caught that they only gave me a soda.
