Last 2 months has been incredibly slow. Wrote this review while waiting 15+ minutes in line. I fear this chickfila is losing its fast ball. Will venture over to Taco Bell going forward

The drive-through experience was awful. They have cars pull forward one car length to wait for their food, which caused unnecessary delays. We only ordered two shakes and received them quickly, but we were still stuck waiting for over a minute and a half behind the car in front of us while they waited for their food.

I’m not sure what is going on at this location, but the amount of missing items is enough for me to come on here and say something. The last two visits I have been missing something. The food is also warm at best. For the cost of dining out these days I feel compelled to get a refund at best. I place online orders, so there should be no confusion as to what’s on the order. To top it off, the customer service process takes way too long. I never leave negative reviews but hoping management sees this and does some coaching.

The food wasn’t as fresh as most places I’ve been, people were very friendly, but where Im from they are usually very fast and have better infrastructure to support fast and fresh but the people and the food were doing the best they could.
The staff our very friendly and helpful. My granddaughter enjoys the children area.

I usually do drive through every Wednesday, so 4 times a month. I am usually always missing a waffle fry, or something for my salad. Tonight I had no dressing for my salad. The number to call to report is a hassle. Train these kids to double check the order. As a customer in the drive through it’s difficult when you have multiple cars behind you.
