My chicky nuggs tasted like old oil :( idk if they changed the recipe or what but the nuggs tasted off. The fries were fine though. Same thing for my friend :((((((. A lot of screaming children (this is NOT CFA’s fault, just an fyi if you want to dine in :))

This is my local Chick-fil-A, and honestly, it feels like it's always one of three things: short-staffed, slowed down by constant training, or just stuck with a crew that’s not super motivated. I get that every place can fall behind sometimes, but here, it’s kind of the norm. The speed is... impressively slow. I still come because it’s close, but wow—it really tests your patience.

LAURA IS A STAR! Laura was so kind and sweet. I’ve been in the middle of moving and my day was hectic. I thought yall closed at 10:30 not 10! I ordered on the app and made my way over only to find the mobile line closed! Laura saw me and kindly took care of me anyways. She made a hard day end as the best day. Truly meant a lot to me. Yall are fortunate to have a sweet gal and hard worker on your team! ☺️ And ofc I love me some Chick-fil-A 🤭

My family and I typically go to another chik-fil-a much closer to where we live, but happened to be in Lenexa this evening. We came in with a really weird food request lol and David and Antonio made this experience absolutely delightful. I really appreciate that they both went above and beyond. If I’m ever back this way, this will be the first stop I make. Thank you !!!

Ordered through the app at the table. Received food. Fries were old and cold. I asked an employee if I could get some fresh hot fries. The ones she brought were not any better but she said as she dropped them at my table ‘I hope these are better!’ Sarcastically. There was also 4 employees in back booth being load and obnoxious at this location. Making a mess as well. The lady cleaning the dining room even mentioned it to them and they just brushed it off as she said it was employees doing that as well. I just finished my meal and left. Very disappointed in this experience. I guess Lenexa Chik-fil-a has different food and customer service ideas.
