Service was totally rude, everyone seemed to have an attitude and looking at other reviews it seems this is not a new issue.
I come to this chipotle almost once a week and every time it is great! The staff is kind, the restaurant is clean, and the food is always 10/10!

I’ve been eating at chipotle for 15 years. This location always sucks, and as I come back still continues too. Customer service very nice, but obviously short staffed, rushed, and sloppy. Line backed up because of no cashier

All of the tables were dirty and both trash cans were full and the floor was dirty and no forks. I asked the girl who was on the register if you can clean the lobby restaurant whatever and she said now cause we’re busy well there’s other people that can go out there and clean it. It was pretty bad
This was the best bowl I have had in years and I even frequent this store.

worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. came in to pickup my order and the guy acted like i was supposed to know to go way back into the corner to pick it up. i understand your busy but the layout and lack of signs make it difficult to know where anything is. i then got to my girlfriends to find my bowl labeled with someone else’s name! i don’t understand how someone else’s bowl can make it into a bag with my name on it. overall bad experience as the whole restaurants vibes were just off. worst chipotle i’ve ever been to

No sauces for customers, a chipotle worker had taken one to the table to eat with his meal; seemed like he had the only one. Employee didn’t even greet us.. it was me and another person in line, we waited for about 10 minutes until he took our order. Wouldn’t be a problem if I wasn’t on a 30 min lunch break. Lesson learned, order online next time.

We walked into the restaurant in a great mood and excited to have lunch, and our experience quickly turned into a terrible one.
When they were building our bowls they put MAYBE 2oz of meat (supposed to be 4), and when we kindly asked for the full portion the manager became very rude and refused. We pressed as we felt that if we’re paying we should be given the appropriate amount, and the manager Edward became even more rude. I let him know we would be contacting corporate and leaving a one-star review he looked at me and said, “you and everyone else.” HORRIBLE experience. No care for the customer.

Food here is ok but the Mexican woman who work there are very very mean and rude they are even rude to the doordashers they need to work on how they treat people.

Unfortunately I keep retuning to this location because it’s so conveniently close but today will be my last. Every time I’m there they are out of something and someone typically always leaves the line mid order because they don’t announce it until you’ve waited in line and gotten your hopes up. Today, which is a Friday by 7 pm they were out of corn and chips. CHIPS. Get this they scooped the last corn in my bowl then told my boyfriend they were all out. He was pissed but still paid for the burrito THEN we are getting our utensils & they bring out a new tub of corn. He went back to the cashier and she offered him a side of it!
I used to feel bad when I saw the customers getting upset at the workers for being out of something but now I know it’s pure laziness. To top it off this is the second bowl in a row that the rice is undercooked, super watery with stems of cilantro.

I am not asking for food given away, the employee put so little rice and beans and they can not even put the right amount to the burrito that badly served.
They were busy so it was slopped together a little too much but I understood and was ok with it
