Ordered from the app and got delivery on the app. It was confirmed over an hour before close (at least an hour an half I believe) order then gets cancelled when they close. Never had an issue when ordering from different locations

0/5 This is on par with other reviewers. Why stay open til 11 if you’re going to stop making food? The last two times we’ve come at 9pm and they’re out of chicken and the rest of the food looks disgusting like they haven’t checked the temps or stirred it for hours. Last night we went in and half the steak we got was fatty, chewy and one piece they gave us was the size of our hand not cut up and gristly connective tissue. Luckily I ordered double meat because half of it was inedible. Not to mention the extra we paid for guacamole and it was a hard almost half piece of an avocado that wasn’t Mashable. Do they not train people here? I don’t love chipotle but man this is bottom of the barrel chipotle if you have time try to find another one you might get a smile there and also some food that is 3 stars instead of 0. For the prices they charge these days you’d think the quality would be there but not at this location. Around $17 for one bowl filled with a really disappointing pile of disgusting pieces of food. In addition I bet video documentation and pictures could be sent to the health department because they do not keep that place clean.

My order was 14.01$ and i was short ghe .01$ cents, ive worked at chipotle and given people a break. I had to leave the store after going through the line and having it made for 1 cent. Whoever is running the storw has no life expierence if you wont let someone walk off for 1 cent. The billion dollar company who has orders coming in at 200+ stores at the same time. The compang can not let 1 cent go. I WILL NEVER EAT CHIPOTLE AGAIN I FELT SO EMBARRASED I DIDNT HAVE 1 CENT AND I HAD TO WALK OUT THE STORE

made an online order and called up the store because I accidentally did the wrong time on the pickup order. I asked if I could have it be remade at a different time at a different time. The lady who answered the phone immediately said no and hung up. I decided since I had already paid. That cold food would be better than no food. It was a brisket and steak bowl and when I got my order it was missing the steak.

I went in for a bowl I asked half chicken half steak I literally had 3 pieces of chicken and 4 pieces of steak when I asked for a little more meat the employee said you would have to pay for double protein. I said that's not even a full portion she states half and half is 2oz of each. I paid for double meat due to me being on lunch break and I'm hungry as hell!!!!! 16 dollars for a double meat bowl! Smdh. Chipotle you suck!!!!

I came here because I heard you guys were finally giving out more meat and the kid on the line argued with me and said "I don't know dude" and got mad and said it's always neen the same. What a terrible customer service experience and a waste of money they dtill tried to give me hardly any food. Done with this location and this brand.
Order a bag of chips with my delivery order and they didnt give me one and then wanted to still charge me! They then cross contaminated my bowl with beef when i order carnitas it was a hunk of beef meet. Im usually understanding but it was twice something was messed up so im just a little frustrated

Received a pick up order with the tiniest burrito. Decided to go back up there (husband did initial pickup) and re-ordered the same burrito and the thing was double in size in volume. Showed the manager the one I got compared to the new one they just made and she had the nerve to say "It depends on who wraps it..." Lol. The thing was the same length and DOUBLE in volume. She refused to replace my sad burrito and had the worst attitude. Chipotle doesn't care about you honey, quit gatekeeping portion sizes and being rude to customers.

I recently ordered a steak bowl from Chipotle, and I was pretty disappointed with the portion size. The bowl came with only five small pieces of steak, which felt way too little for the price. The rest of the meal was mostly rice and beans, making it feel more like a filler than a satisfying meal. For a place known for hearty portions, this was definitely underwhelming. The quality was decent, but the lack of protein left me unsatisfied. Not sure I'll be going back anytime soon unless they improve their portion sizes.

They NEVER put fajita veggies on my burrito. 3 for 3 now, they have forgotten to put fajita veggies in my burrito. It's so bad, I don't even drink soda, but it's becoming a tradition now to get a free compensation drink with my veggie-less burrito each time I come here. They're also very slow, despite having enough team members to support a basketball team. I recommend going out of the way to 95th street. They do a much better, consistent job.
