Decided to order online here for dinner. When I arrived, it was pretty packed so I expected my food to be delayed by a couple minutes. Surprisingly, my order was ready on time. Shoutout to the worker Blake as my burrito was wrapped perfectly and my wife said her bowl was amazing. We will be ordering from here again! 🙌

I don't know what happened but I keep giving it a chance and it keeps letting me down. Ive had lots of friends that used to work there and it seemed like they loved it before. Now I hear all kinds of things and the rice... Man, the rice is just never consistent. Always too soft or too hard. It literally makes or breaks the burrito. I used to love eating left over burritos or bowls,(not to mention there used to be bigger...

So I've always loved Chipotle - I remember eating at the first one in south Denver - and this particular store has yet to serve up a disappointing burrito.
That said, the service is consistently cool and uncaring. Employees don't make eye contact, grunt when you ask for things, never smile, let you stand at the counter without acknowledgement, and generally seem totally preoccupied with filling orders for Doordash drivers rather than taking care of...
