My wife and I ordered ice cream on the mobile app, it said it would be ready at 7:29pm.
I arrived at 7:30, went to the pick up location and let them know I had a mobile order under her name.
They checked to see if there was anything ready with her name and then told me they were working on it still.
I waited for 15 minutes and after seeing things slow down and no ice cream being made for our order, I went and asked if they had an update.
The man went around and looked, asked people about it and was not able to locate it. He let me know that they’re still working on it and then continued to ask people about our order.
He was then handed an order to take out to the drive through and was gone.
I waited another 8 minutes and her name was finally called.
I let them know that it was mine, they went and got it and called her name again.
I walked up to get it, another worker came running over telling them to wait, asked who it was for, I said the name, he looked at it, and then said he was making sure it wasn’t a DoorDash order.
They gave me the ice cream, no apologies for the wait (another person who came in after me was apologized to for the wait and was given a voucher for an entree), there were no stickers on the ice creams to differentiate which one was which, nor was there a receipt attached.
I ordered the ice cream at 7:16pm and did not receive it until 7:52pm.
No one confirmed that the order existed aside from saying “they’re still working on it”, I seemingly was questioned on whether or not I was stealing my order after waiting for 20+ minutes, and was not apologized to for practically being ignored. (If I didn’t ask about it I might still be waiting on it, no one even bothered to give me an update 😭)
Been there 4 times in last 2 months. Do not ask me why but 3 out 4 times they failed to give us Cole Slaw with our 3 pc Fish Dinners. I have complained at all levels of management all the way to Corporate. They do not give a shit. No response and no resolution. I have made the decision not to go to ANY Culvers again. I expect some sort of value when I go out to eat. If a restaurant makes 3 mistakes and especially the same mistakes over and over again, then they do not deserve my patronage or hard earned dollars. My recommendation is to stay away from Culvers altogether. My experience as a restaurant manager that if a company ignores customer complaints then there is a much deep seeded problem starting with Corporate and ownership of the franchise.
Culver's is the best. This is a nice fairly new Culver's and this location has great service
I’ve been to this location several times, and unfortunately, my order has been incorrect each time. On my most recent visit, I walked in and asked them to remake my order — a simple chocolate concrete with peanut butter and malt powder — and they still couldn’t get it right. There were at least 20 employees standing around doing nothing while the service remained disorganized and inefficient. This place is very poorly managed, and it shows.
The store is clean, and the service is very good, the menu is large and the food is excellent.
Forgot to put ketchup on order & forgot to give us straws for our drinks. Great customer service though.

Great service everytime
Everything about Culver's is outstanding except their gluten-free hamburger buns. Since the gluten-free hamburger is the only main dish food item they have, I'm kind of stuck with it when my family wants to eat at Culver's for family dinner night. Everything about the burger is great except the bun. It's reminiscent of the gluten-free buns of 20 years ago. It's grainy, doesn't hold together, and doesn't taste that good. Just the act of picking up my burger tonight had it cracking in 4 places, with a big chunk falling off the burger and crumbling onto my tray. There are a lot of great gluten-free buns out there now. Culver's needs to find one of them and switch.

Nothing more annoying than finding out you’re missing an item and have to drive back 20 mins for it. Please verify drive thru orders are completely filled before sending your customers off on their merry way.

Food, custard, and service are great, and I like they have football games on TV. Awesome place to rest between youth sports tournament games.
