Stopped by Dinh Tea not knowing what to expect, and it ended up being one of the best bubble tea experiences I’ve had. The drinks were fire—super fresh, perfectly balanced flavors, and customizable just the way I like it. But what really stood out was the manager or owner (not sure which)—they were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and clearly passionate about what they do.

Dihn Tea isn’t just about amazing Vietnamese iced coffee—it’s also one of the cutest little cafés around. The inside is cozy and charming, with warm lighting, fun decor, and comfy seating that makes you want to stay awhile.

Their Vietnamese iced coffee is my star, though—strong, smooth espresso mixed perfectly with sweetened condensed milk and served over ice. It’s rich, creamy, and refreshingly sweet without being overpowering. so many options to choose from though

Whether you’re grabbing a quick caffeine fix or hanging out with friends, Dihn Tea’s vibe and coffee make for a perfect combo. A must-visit if you love good drinks in a cute, welcoming spot.

I thought they are Ding Tea but no, it’s Dinh Tea, what’s a trick? The drinks weren’t the same when they were Ding Tea. The short girl with glasses was very rude. I ordered 3 drinks and forgot to say “50% sweet”, then my sister wanted 50% sweet for her drink, so i told the girl to make 50% sweet for all 3. Then the short girl was like” I’m already make it regular sweet”, she was just stand right there and wait for me to accept it. But i didn’t pay yet, why did she start to make them drink? My face was disappointed, then she pour extra tea to make it less sweet.

1. Too many chairs around - very crowded even when it was empty.
2. Pricey for just a drink. Starbucks is a little bit cheaper than Dinh.

This is our favorite boba tea spot, but it's incredibly frustrating that they're almost always out of boba pearls when we visit. Since they aren't close to our house, driving there only to find out they are out of boba pearls is a major letdown, especially when we're hoping for a treat after a long day.

Unfortunately, this has happened four out of our last five visits. Please consider getting a second boba machine or improving your planning so you don't consistently run out. We'd love to rely on you again for our boba fix!

I work nearby… during my lunch break, I was craving a smoothie… it’s dummy hot, especially in these factories 😬anyways, smoothie king was closed. I checked this place out and it surpassed my expectations… I’ve put several ppl on here, some said they didn’t go cuz they thought they only did boba. Anyways, check them out!

One of the staff, a shorter girl, came across as impatient and uninterested in helping my mom and me, which made the experience feel unwelcoming. However, I really liked my passion drink smoothie with mango popping.

You know, I always say “try anything once”. Well I’ve tried this place TWICE. The first time I ventured to Dinh Tea Lenexa, they were out of boba. As in, tapioca pearls and popping boba etc etc. I considered this a fluke, maybe they had a busy day. I came back and lo and behold, STILL no boba. How are you out??? This is the one product that everyone is expecting you to sell! How are you selling flan to go in milk tea instead of just making more boba. The real kicker is when I asked the worker what the closest thing to tapioca pearls they had and she just said “nothing.” Girl what. What do you mean nothing is close at ALL. I specifically asked about the crystal boba and she said it wasn’t the same at all. To top it all off, their website says they’re open until 10 on fridays-sundays and they kicked us out at 9:30. After this experience, the only thing that I can find to say is, “fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.”

The drinks are okay, but the service: very rude customer service, especially there is one bad apple employee that ruins it (short heavyset with curly hair). If I go back and she is there, definitely will not go in. To get your orders, it takes them forever to prepare.
The atmosphere has nice decor, but too small space.
