Super cute store! I’ve never really been a fan of coffee but decided to give Dinh Tea’s new series of coffee a try today. Seriously the best coffee I’ve ever had. Finished my Crème Brûlée Coffee (16oz) in 5 minutes and had to go back and buy more so my whole family could try! Better than Starbucks for sure ❤️

The customer service has definitely declined in quality. The workers make faces and act sassy when it was just me at the store. Went at 8:30pm on a Wednesday and they told me “we don’t have boba and we can only make fruit juices” I think that beats the whole point of a boba tea shop.

They have a lot of options. The atmosphere is chill. I've been here a few times the customer service is alright very hit or miss but recently it's been going down hill. If you don't like your job then quit. Simple. The workers don't have to be sassy or rude. I understand the service industry it's what I do, so I get it but if we were the only people in the store there shouldn't have been a problem I can't excuse that type of behavior.

I really had high hopes for this place but I wasn’t totally impressed. Personally I rely on recommendations and the staff wasn’t giving me great options. I said I wanted creamy and sweet and they basically just showed me every option that I could ever make in that way. I got the strawberry milk tea because I took a wild guess and it was syrupy-sweet not light, and basically just taste like a strawberry milk. I’m not sure what I was expecting but for the price I would have enjoyed something more unique and tea like. The staff could have helped me with better recommendations I suppose

Mid level boba drinks. To be fair, KC doesn’t have any outstanding boba shops. Boba was over cooked and mushy. Thai Tea didn’t really have much flavor to it.

This was my first time back in over a year, and I’m disappointed with what it’s become. I got the wintermelon milk tea with black boba. Tea itself was fine, but the bottom of the cup was filled with unmelted sugar. I assume this is from the tapioca pearls, but it was very unpleasant. For over $7 I would think the sugar would at least be melted.
Being here once and never plan to come back: poor customer service (the girl made my drink was not interested in answering my question), boba milk tea tasted awful (ordered just a classical boda tea and they failed it), there are a list of boba places in Overland Park make much better drinks and treat their customers way better.

Got the tiramisu latte and caramel coffee with boba in each and they were really good. The flavors were great, not to sweet, not to strong the boba was fresh and perfectly cooked.
