The drinks were fire—super fresh, perfectly balanced flavors, and customizable just the way I like it. But what really stood out was the manager or owner (not sure which)—they were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and clearly passionate about what they do.

Dihn Tea isn’t just about amazing Vietnamese iced coffee—it’s also one of the cutest little cafés around. The inside is cozy and charming, with warm lighting, fun decor, and comfy seating that makes you want to stay awhile.

This is our favorite boba tea spot, but it's incredibly frustrating that they're almost always out of boba pearls when we visit. Since they aren't close to our house, driving there only to find out they are out of boba pearls is a major letdown, especially when we're hoping for a treat after a long day.

Unfortunately, this has happened four out of our last five visits. Please consider getting a second boba machine or improving your planning...
