This has to be the worst location. 5 workers In the back and one person working. This is the second time we have come here and it’s ridiculous and takes forever. Two people inline ahead of us and we just ordered 4 bagels. No sandwiches or coffee or anything. Literally 4 bagels and it has taken more than 20 minutes each time. We will not be back.

Fast and friendly staff. The texas Brisket Bagel sandwich is probably the best thing ever!

Blonde lady with a ponytail told the guy behind the counter he isn't allowed to toast our bagels unless they are sliced being passive controlling and rude to him.

Won't be back to this location.

Great food, great team members with a good attitude, very friendly.. definitely recommend. Parking at this location is kinda buns but that’s not their fault

I ate there this weekend with my friends and we all had a really good time! the service was amazing, i was served by maya, she was super sweet spoke to me so nicely, and i talked to Kuhmora and the manager crystal, they were super sweet, i got a maple-house egg sandwich, and it was the best thing i ever ate. it was spot less in there as-well. there was an out door area me and my friends sat at it was nice to sit outside.I really like it there and would go again and would recommend if you're hungry after shopping at the mall or just in the mood for bagels i would definitely go there!

I had a great first experience here! The girl at the counter was very friendly and helpful, service was extremely fast, and the store looked very clean! My bagel sandwich was fabulous and my caramel cold brew was very good. I'll be back for sure!

I really enjoyed my visit to Einstein Bros. The Maplehouse and Blueberry bagels were both fresh and delicious. The only downside was that the cream cheese portion was a little too light—I wish they had given me more to balance the bagel. Overall, though, it was a good experience and I’d definitely come back again.

This location is the worst. Take them 20 minutes to prepare the food, after waiting,gI get the wrong order. Customer service is bad. The way they operate is awful. This location will need a serious work. They should let me know it will take longer to prepare the food before they take my money.

Ive had multiple bad experiences at this location, but today was the worst. They can’t even schmear bagels correctly. Also, the whole reason I went was because I had a birthday reward and their reward system was down.

My boyfriend and I came here for what we thought would be a quick in and out order. It took us 20 minutes from when we entered the store to get one sandwich and one toasted bagel with schmear. I’m not sure why as we saw a total of six employees on the floor. They used only one register to take orders and seemed to prioritize online orders before customers waiting in store, while I never saw more than three orders on their screen at a time. It seems if you want your order fast, order online so you can at least be provided an accurate pick up time. The employees were also talking across the store to each other about things that weren’t prepped right and whose fault it was, while one employee was making a mix of what appeared to be lemonade and set the whisk down on the countertop customers touch.
