Food was great. My only issue is a very slight mix up. I ordered avocado toast to go on my toast with my omelet. Instead a secondary whole plate came out. It was simple miscommunication, and I did not complain. I simply ate it and paid.
The waitress was so nice and was very quick to take care of everything that I did not want to be a problem. I am sure they would have fixed it if I had said something.

For me personally, hospitality is everything. Whenever I go out to eat. We were not greeted properly when we came in, our server also was not taking care of us like previous first watches has. I do not know if it's because of it being a newer location, or lack of training of how to be very hospitable to all guests who walk in, but I can tell that proper training in that aspect has not occurred. I do not know if it's from upper leadership not doing their due diligence to make sure that all guests are leaving happy and enjoying their meal. Overall experience wasn't horrible, but due to poor hospitality and service, I had to rate it one star.

My wife and I frequent all of the first watch restaurants in the metro. This one is by far the very best one. Definitely worth driving a few extra miles for!!

8 here a few months ago and it was pretty good but today this place seems like it just fell off of a cliff already. The potatoes tasted like they've been rolling around on some nasty grease on the grill and tasted old and definitely not fresh. Eggs Benedict with cook wrong The bacon tasted like it was cooked yesterday The bread was hard. Overall pretty pathetic

One of my new favorite spots. It’s always fresh and delicious. The staff if amazing, friendly and fun. The atmosphere is lovely and beautiful. There are lots of menu options that covers anything you’re in the mood for.
