Little bit of a wait at the drive thru. Food always good.

The staff member that took our order was very polite and he was very patient with two young daughters. Food was great and happy all around

They had 8 people working at the time we arrived. Our order was made quickly with a slight error on which burger had the pickles. Easy fix.

We waited for over ten minutes in line. Only one family was seated and they didn’t have food. People who ordered were waiting for their food and it wasn’t right. They locked the doors after an employee walked out. We eventually left with still standing in line and no food coming out. We went to KfC/taco bell. We are from out of town and won’t be stopping again.

We got cards for meals one veterans day and tried to use them. I didn't see that they had an expiration date. We were told they were not good anymore. The next year we got cards and used them, but...the cashier told the couple in front of us that they will honor them after that use by date...I guess my cards were not good just Last Year. It's OK. Culver's is across the street and always does 25% off for Vets, which is awesome. Taco bell next door is always cleaning their grease trap and it smells of sewage doing everyone a disservice. You either like this place or you don't....

Me and my girlfriend were the first ones in on a slow Sunday and we were not only offered a $5 discount, but we were also given a completely free Oreo cookie custard!! By far the biggest surprise of my day!! All of the staff were also super friendly and the place was cleaner than most restaurants I've seen. 10/10, coming here again

Unfortunately, this location is always dirty. The staff tends to ignore you, and they don't understand a simple question. For example: I asked how much a patty W/ cheese would cost (just meat and cheese). I was told almost $7.00. I said no, not a plain cheeseburger, just a patty with cheese. I was told the same thing again. The cashier then went and asked someone else, and he said the same thing. They didn't understand the difference between a single patty w/cheese, and a plain cheeseburger.

Several things….the gal that worked the drive thru window didn’t say a single word not even a hello or anything. Slammed the window open and had a look like I was an inconvenience. I said hi to her twice and got nothing. Then waited to get chili cheese fries, and got regular fries instead but paid for chili cheese. Didn’t know until I got all the way home, so that’s my fault I guess for not checking. Food was good but that’s about it.

We were getting the grilled cheese steak burger, but without the meat. Rachel was super helpful and rang it in correctly very quickly! The kitchen added bacon the first time, so we went back and Rachel made sure we got what we ordered the second time! Rachel is the best! 10/10

We normally love this Freddy’s. Tonight’s visit was a fail. Every empty table and both were dirty with drink rings and sticky spots, even if there weren’t crumbs or trash. I cleaned our tabke mysrlf with hand sanitizer and napkins. It’s almost cold and flu season after all. The amount of tots in my order were very skimpy, our burgers were not even a little bit warm ( cooler than room temp). The new Oreo peppermint concrete was chocolate and peppermint but not even one piece of Oreo. Not a speck. The floor had quite a bit of trash and food spilled. All trash cans were so over flowing, we saw people just set their trash on a nearby table. I know people are messy but at 8 PM the crowd was gone and most tables were empty. The staff was friendly and our food came fast. But nothing else was good about it. I’m not sure we’ll choose this Freddy’s again.
