I didn’t realize they released a new dole whip flavor. I went to get the raspberry dole whip. I was curious about the Limited time Tropical Island dole whip, so I tried it. The consistency was nothing like their normal dole whip is. More of a shaved ice or sorbet texture not dole whip. I absolutely love Hawaiian bros just not this blue dyed “Dole Whip”. I Would love to see you guys release a peach or bring back the strawberry!

This was refunded and have not had this issue since. Thank you!
Went through drive through and ordered two meals along with a spam musubi. We opened the bag when we got home and were missing the musubi. This is the second time this has happened and was very disappointing. I have reached out to their customer service and am waiting to hear back.

Great food! Slow service. 5 people waiting in the lobby waiting and an employee would rather talk to a significant other dropping off a drink than helping the people waiting. If you're in a time crunch, not the place to go. (Visited on 4/26/2026 just before 4 pm)
