I've been to Ignite twice, once for dinner and once for brunch, and had great experiences both times. Their brunch is amazing, and reasonably priced for the quality. The bottomless drinks at $10 are the best deal in town...make sure you try the rum punch!
Food was excellent, as always. Service was poor at best, but we’ve had better service before. The food quality is worth another visit to give a chance to exceed expectations on their service. We spent about 20 minutes sitting down before we met the host to ensure we had a waiter assigned to our table (we did not).
Chase was AWESOME. I was warned (but not appropriately warned about if you will) about the excellent customer service, the great food selection and making me feel like I was a somebody.Obviously Chase was not helping my hosts last time they were here (hence the warning). Even my hesitant guests were glad they came back. Kudos to you and your team Chase. 07/31/2020
