I normally love this location. Placed a door dash order for the entire team. Received our 5 sandwiches, but 4 out of 5 bags of chips were missing, and the 1 bag that did arrive was the wrong flavor. Extremely frustrating and disappointing to have this experience for a work meeting. And this is after I called the store to ask for the mayo & mustard to be included after I ordered online through Door Dash.

Going to this location for a couple years. Always has good food, and the cashiers were always pleasant. Last meal the cookies were cold, and almost raw. The guy that said he was the manager said that was how they were always made and that people liked them raw(not the first time ive gotten them, but anyway). I may go to other locations but I will never be back to this location.

Used to be an awesome sub, especially Mike's Way. Last two giant subs were thinner and Mike's Way was dry. Seems like a cost cutting recipe change. Also, prices went up after company was sold.
Went the other night for a quick dinner with the family. The subs were really good; I wouldn't say great. I mean, it's still a fast food sub and potato chips. But the service was awesome. The staff was especially patient with my daughter as she decided on toppings. I'll be sure to eat there again soon.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but just about every time I’ve been to this Jersey Mike’s hasn’t been a great experience. Many times I am told it’s about five minutes on an order, and it ends up being 20.

Ordered here 14 days ago. They didn't put any of the ordered toppings on my philly. It was meat and cheese only on the wrong bread. It tasted horrible, i only finished it out of respect for the cow. Things happen i get that. But i put in a comment on their website and nothing was done to resolve the matter. No refund, no coupon, no response. 1 star for horrible customer service.
