Used to be an awesome sub, especially Mike's Way. Last two giant subs were thinner and Mike's Way was dry. Seems like a cost cutting recipe change. Also, prices went up after company was sold.

Went the other night for a quick dinner with the family. The subs were really good; I wouldn't say great. I mean, it's still a fast food sub and potato chips. But the service was awesome. The staff was especially patient with my daughter as she decided on toppings. I'll be sure to eat there again soon.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but just about every time I’ve been to this Jersey Mike’s hasn’t been a great experience. Many times I am told it’s about five minutes on an order, and it ends up being 20.

Ordered here 14 days ago. They didn't put any of the ordered toppings on my philly. It was meat and cheese only on the wrong bread. It tasted horrible, i only finished it out of respect for the cow. Things happen i get that. But i put in a comment on their website and nothing was done to resolve the matter. No refund, no coupon, no response. 1 star for horrible customer service.

So..I don't have to tell how delicious Jersey Mike's is. But when you add in excellent customer service, it just tasted that much better! So worth the money and the drive to get it!

Ordered my sandwich inside at the counter… and somehow they still got my sandwich wrong. Maybe it is partially my fault for not watching them closer.. but I also don’t feel it should be necessary to watch them like a hawk as they build my sandwich. The easiest solution would be to walk around the counter and make my own sandwich.. but that obviously isn’t possible. Employee with the long hair needs to pause, take a deep breath, and handle his service at the counter with more control. Best location is 159th and Antioch.

We come in around the same time each week, and we have been truly impressed with the friendliness of the staff, quality of the food, and the cleanliness of the store. The employees have come to recognize me and my four kiddos when we come in and always greet us with a smile (and even have our “typical” order memorized). It’s the highlight of our daughters’ week to come into Jersey Mikes.

Always fast and fresh. Absolutely one of my favorite go-to spots. I always get the 13 (Italian) and it never disappoints. This location is awesome, the staff is always super friendly and very knowledgeable about their stuff. Even when the line is long, and you can tell they have a TON of pickup orders coming through, they still get me through in no time.
