I stopped to get a Sandwich the bread was so incredibly hard . It was old or overcooked. So many people were in line. I hate to think everyone got the same bread.

Ordered a Turkey Tom giant with EXTRA pickles and EXTRA oregano & basil with onions. Got mostly bread with little meat and no onions at all. Little pickles and missing the cheese. Terrible.

Order from them three times trying to get one of the lemon sunshine cookies. Still yet to get one. Sandwiches are wrapped poorly and not made as per ordered. Most importantly I haven't been able to try one of those lemon sunshine cookies. About to just switch to jersey Mike's.

Actually the worst jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to, all I’ve ever ask is “no tomato” and at this point I swear they’re adding it out of spite, I’ll literally repeat that request THREE TIMES while placing the order and it’s never once been followed.
To top it off, they’ll give me bread so stale that could be used as a battering ram for Lenexa PD.

Beware when ordering here. We're to busy to deliver my food across the street to the mall. Never told me while I was on the phone that they were putting my information and card numbers into a 3rd party deliver app. Would never have done business with them if I had been told that. VERY SHADY!!!!!

Ordered food here yesterday and there were a bunch of problems.
1. Jalapeño chips had a hole in the bag 2. Both brownies were crumbled 3. Sandwich did not have jalapeños added.
