This is the worst KFC possible I've had some shitty places but my god it's like these folks don't even care PERIOD. If u eat here make sure you get checked after because it's disgusting they never give you the right order I stopped coming here due to the food being super soggy and u undercooked beyond greasy it's just sad. I literally just left today Feburary 11, 2025 got home rolled the chicken over and to my disgusting surprise, the chicken is hideous I think I may get banned if I posted this horrendous site on here. The chicken ain't fully breaded all the grease sank to the otherside cause my hands felt like i dipped them in the leftover grease your grandma kelp for later, and both pieces slit open to the bone and look dried to the point i believe yall through grease on the bottom to make it look freasher like seriously Please! close down forever it would be for the best cause this ain't what KFC should represent. Absolutely TERRIBLE!

Went through the drive through an hour ago asked if they still had a 4 piece wing dinner she said yes half way through ordering someone told her it would be 20 minutes before wings would be done so I ordered the 4 piece tenders she said they didn't have cream gravy for the mashed potatoes so I ordered the fries instead,she said they didn't have fries I said it has a picture on the menu sign she said they were out. 8 blocks after I left I discovered I received no dipping sauces she didn't ask. Of course no receipt was put in the bag with my food!...

MARIO WAS ABSOLUTELY AWESOME IT WAS AUG 16TH ON A FRIDAY ABOUT 5:40PM me and my husband had just left a horrible experience of bad customer service from the 119th location and This manager made everything OK he was even apologetic for the way we were treated at the other location. MARIO is one of those employees that deserve praise and Commendation for his excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE...PLEASE DON'T LOOSE HIM .

Access to the restaurant was ridiculous in my opinion, My order was a 5 piece chicken tender meal with mash potatoes and gravy and corn with a biscuit & a Pepsi to drink. I donated $1 also. For $15 the meal wasn't worth the price with the donation added in total price. Chicken strips were small and not close to being similar in size & luke warm the corn was bland & very dry. Mashed potatoes & gravy was luke warm as well as the whole meal was also they were to me child portions. 3 spoonfuls and it's gone. The biscuit was cold & dry too. Upon leaving the drive thru I immediately pulled over to check the order and grab a chicken strip to eat on the way back to work. This is the first time I've visited this particular KFC. To get back to the main street it was confusing and a time consuming maze. The value & portions & price wasn't worth it at all. I could've spent a couple more bucks and bought a bucket of chicken with adult sized portions and would've had chicken to snack on later. Everything has gone up in price & it seems you don't get what you think you're going to receive not only at this establishment practically at every fast food place around. Time of purchase was about 12:45 pm on a Saturday. Staff were courteous ,polite and quick to get my order & it was all there. I love KFC but this was terrible from food to the way you navigate the drive thru to leaving the parking lot. I haven't been back nor will I return.
Food was not fresh for my wife , she got nuggets and I got chicken lils and mine was fresh but we had to ask them the recook some fresh ones. But great service.

The food was adequate. The 'extra crispy tenders' were soggy with hardly and breading. Although we ordered the lobby, we still got our food in a to go bag, creating extra waste and leaving us eating off of napkins.
