Their bathroom was very clean and even though they didn't have the toilet paper in the dispenser they had both hand drivers and towel dispensers and hand sanitizer with soap dispensers. The bathroom smelled like chicken, it was wonderful.

The last 2 times I've ordered from here through door dash on Sunday afternoon the chicken has been tasting like day old chicken. Today, we got 2 famous bowls today which were good. We also ordered a 3 piece chicken strip with two sauces(which we didn't receive) and the chicken was mostly breading. It feels like this location is not bringing the customer service or quality of food up to their potential. I will never order from here again.

Deplorable. It's not hard to put an 8pc chicken and 2 sides together... ordered online. Got the 8pc family meal with 2 sides.. They only put 4 pieces in the bucket. Looking at the reviews now and seeing how incompetent,.and ignorant the staff is. I'm surprised they can even dress themselves in the morning. Worst place ever. AVOID it as if it's the black plague!

Older man ignored us and kept dumping and refilling ice while giving us dirty looks. 2 women took a 15 minute break as we ordered. 20 mins for gast station food. Not worth it. Dirty floors and tables, dirty bathrooms that were peed on, dirty restaurant. Avoid...

Wow—thank you! What a fantastic experience from someone who’s been eating at KFC (sporadically) for over 30 years.
For a long time, I had pretty much given up hope. With so many locations closing and the declining quality at others, it was disappointing. Even though there's a KFC closer to me in Shawnee, I still make the drive to Lenexa—and it's absolutely worth it.
The Original Recipe chicken is no easy task. It takes real skill to properly brine, bread, and fry it. More often than not, I’ve encountered greasy, undercooked, or overcooked versions elsewhere. But here? They do it right.
I’m happy to say the quality and service I remember from the '90s and 2000s is alive and well at this location. There’s an extremely friendly front-line staff member handling in-store, drive-thru, and carryout orders like a champ. And the small kitchen crew? They’re clearly skilled and making it all happen, even as a skeleton team.
It feels great to enjoy KFC the way it was meant to be again. Thank you!

Worst KFC ever. I went last night to get chicken....no original recipe beasts. They said they were filtering the oil and it would be over an hour. This was 2.5 hours before closing. Came back again tonight.....once again no chicken breasts, but this time said they would not be willing to make any. Again 2.5 hours before closing. Asked when the GM would be in and they would not say. Rude horrible employees. Do not go to this location as they are not willing to actually serve original recipe chicken.

If I could give no Starz I would they always running out of something and then the employee's here are very rude dont waste your time. And they do not keep there dinning area clean
This is the worst KFC possible I've had some shitty places but my god it's like these folks don't even care PERIOD. If u eat here make sure you get checked after because it's disgusting they never give you the right order I stopped coming here due to the food being super soggy and u undercooked beyond greasy it's just sad. I literally just left today Feburary 11, 2025 got home rolled the chicken over and to my disgusting surprise, the chicken is hideous I think I may get banned if I posted this horrendous site on here. The chicken ain't fully breaded all the grease sank to the otherside cause my hands felt like i dipped them in the leftover grease your grandma kelp for later, and both pieces slit open to the bone and look dried to the point i believe yall through grease on the bottom to make it look freasher like seriously Please! close down forever it would be for the best cause this ain't what KFC should represent. Absolutely TERRIBLE!
