Our party of 7 arrived at the restaurant at 6.20pm. After taking our orders, we waited for half hour before the waiter filled our empty pot of chinese tea. Everyone in our party was getting very hungry. I walked up to the kitchen door n told the server the kitchen needs to speed up the order as my elderly mum was very hungry. We were told food will be served shortly. Another 40 minutes later, we were finally served the vegetable and soup. After waiting another 15 minutes, they served the Peking pork and fried fish. We had another 2 dishes in queue but everyone was very frustrated and mad that we decided to cancel the 2 remaining dishes. It was obvious the restaurant was very short handed as more than 10 customers were waiting for more than an hour for the carryouts. It was obvious everyone waiting for the food were very mad for the long wait. Dine in customers literally had no service for lack of manpower. Terrible experience for the 1.45 hours waiting time and we only got part of our food and the long wait time before next dish is served. Will not come back again.

The restaurant is called Lucky Wok, but unfortunately, luck was not on our side this evening. We made a reservation for 7 people and arrived promptly at 6:30 p.m. Our order—7 dishes total—was placed within 15 minutes. At the time, there were only two other tables with two people each, plus a few takeout orders waiting. Despite this, we didn’t receive our first dish until 8:00 p.m. The next four dishes arrived sporadically, with 15–30 minute gaps between them. By 8:40 p.m., we decided we could not wait any longer and asked for the remaining dishes to be cancelled. While we did receive apologies, it would have been far better if the staff had been upfront about the long delays. Instead, we were repeatedly told, “It’s coming, it’s coming,” while time continued to tick by and nothing was served. The experience completely ruined our dinner. Everyone was hungry and uncomfortable, trying to stay patient so as not to make things worse. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience and not one we would choose to repeat.

Ordered pan fried noodles to go and got noodle soup. Tried to go back to get it fixed and they said we ordered wrong and those were pan fried noodles and refused to fix it. We also did not get utensils despite asking for them. First and last time we go there

Went there for dinner and was our first time there. The food is very delicious. We ordered 5 different dishes from the Cantonese menu(which is the more traditional Chinese menu).and gosh the portion sizes were huge and every dish was great. They all had their own distinct taste. Highly recommended if you are looking for a good sit down and order or even take out Chinese food.
