Honestly, I love this restaurant. Food is always good. Service is normally good. Here lately, I can’t say the service is good. Last few times I’ve had to wait 15 mins before I even get asked what I’d like to drink, and your waitresses are dressed piss poor. This is supposed to be somewhat of a family atmosphere restaurant, but instead the waitresses are wearing booty shorts and skin tight leggings. There needs to be more of a professional dress code for a place of business such as the food industry. Margaritas is far from the food chain of Twin Peaks or Hooters, but man some of those girls are trying to dress like it.

I ordered catering for a Sunday gathering at a friend's. The beef portion was ok but dry and I opened the pan of chicken and it was the MOST DRY chicken meat I have experienced in .. LIFE, not to mention it was less than half of the portion of beef. The taco shells they give you are that you could pick up at ANY grocery store and the condiments they give you .. well pray you get there AS SOON as it's ready or they'll be warmer than your entree guaranteed. Don't cater from here, you're better off on your own.

I was here fr for a party we all ordered me included but I never got my order. He totally forgot me and I was just looking at everyone eating but me. I Was never asked would I like anything. This place sucks!!!!!!!!

I so badly wanted to like this place because of how convenient it is but the entire experience was bad. We were sat at a table that still had old plates on it, and when I asked them to wipe it down they stared at me and walked away and never came back. In hindsight, we should have just left then. Our server eventually brought us chips and salsa - the only part of the night worth the second star - but was generally disinterested in taking our order. I had to ask twice for drinks (which were small and lightly poured) and margarita dip (which wasn’t bad). Food came out and was incredibly bland. I got the Cancun. When we finished eating, I asked for the check and waited 20 minutes before even seeing our server again to ask a second time. I have been a server; the single easiest thing you can do is bring the check and get people paid out. I’m patient but that was jarring. The entire experience was just very disappointing.

By far worst service I have ever had!!! Now just from the waitress but also 2 other employees and the “manager”!!!!!1. I asked for a drink menu, never got one2. Asked for a big thing of cheese dip, never got it3. My daughter ordered rice, had a full conversation with the waitress about it, but never got it4. Ordered 2 shots, only got one, had to remind waitress about the other one and didn’t get the next shot till 40 minutes later5. Was my dads birthday, talked to the waitress about it but he never got his ice cream6. My aunt told the waitress as we were getting our food that she would like her to go order started now, waitress looked at her and said what to go order, my aunt says the one I have already asked you about7. After we got our food our waitress disappeared for about 45 minutes8. No plates were moved or cleaned off the table after we were done, probably because the waitress was no where to be found and we were her only table9. When we get our checks every single one was screwed up!! For instance I was charged for the rice my daughter never got and was charged for 2 orders or cheese dip when I never even got the one I ordered!10. Everyone in my party was upset, I assumed the waitress was overwhelmed with this huge mistake so I go to the host stand and ask a blonde waitress for the manager, she says nothing and walks away and I make eye contact with who I assumed was the hostess, nope that was the manager but she never said oh that’s me or any kind of acknowledgment but walked away11. Waitress is still not getting anything fixed and no manager has came by the table so we waited another 30 minutes for new tickets12. Well nothing was getting fixed so I ask someone else hey can we get the manager and the girl I asked blew me off said yep and walked away13. Still no manager so I asked someone else a third person hey who is the manager and she points to the girl behind the bar , so I am already mad realizing it was the same girl who I thought was just a hostes but I walk to the bar and wait, I get no acknowledgment but when I finally ask for her help she says “we” are doing what we can… umm no one was helping this waitress so this “manager” was doing nothing to help the situation or help the poor waitress who was getting tears in her eyesMoral this whole situation could have been helped/avoided. I have worked in customer service for over 15 years and I have never in my life seen such bad service from not just the waitress but also 2 other employees and the “manager” who I am not convinced was the manager. I don’t think there was a manager there and if there was then this manager needs some training! Step up to the plate if you want the title, help your servers when they need it and unfortunately being the manager you have to deal with the upset people but the one from last night did absolutely nothing!! Also no one had a uniform so the presentation was not good and the food was not hot at all.
We thought our favorite tacos were beef - until we tried the chicken. Wonderful! But any food is just an excuse for more salsa!

Bland bland bland. Pretty sure the queso was canned cheese with very little Rotel in it. The chimichanga was soggy and the beef inside had no seasoning. The rice was just bland boring flavorless rice. Got a Gold Cuervo Rita and it was terrible and not drinkable. Lots of tequila, which is usually good, but the sour mix they use was not right. Will never be back.

Horrible carnitas I asked for pork and they gave me a chopped pork chop it's not good. I called and asked to get another meat. They hung up on me. The second time I called they told me hold on and they hung up on me third time I called they said we won't accommodate you and hung up . They will never have a money

We went to the Lenexa location to celebrate couple birthdays. We were a party of 10 so understood there may be a little wait. Checked in with the hostess stand and she informed us of a 30min wait. After 30 mins and seeing multiple parties being seated our group continued to patiently waited. The hostess or any other staff did not attempt to keep us posted on wait or offer even waters...they did not acknowledge the large party waiting. In fact, the staff appeared to be annoyed every time they walked by us.After an hour and half of waiting our party decided to go somewhere else. We had children and elderly in our group. This was the worst customer experience ever! As we are leaving the hostess says our table was almost ready. We will never be coming back to this location!!
